Loved it!

We stayed for 7 days for our honeymoon and were delighted with Stroubis Studios! Clean and practical, with the bus stop just around the corner and also the beach in Megas Limnionas is just perfect if you’re looking for something not full of tourists. :) loved it, thank you for making our honeymoon magical!

Great Studios

A warm welcome to these delightful studios. Clean, a good size and well equip kitchenette. We were on the top floor with view of the sea on one balcony ( I think lower floors had same views )and of the pool and hills on the other. Quiet location very close to the sea and village. Would definitely recommend and stay again .

Sehr schön

Es ist ein familiengeführtes Appartmenthaus mit einen kleinen Swimmingpool im Garten. Nett gemacht. Alle Zimmer od. Appartements haben einen Balkon. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Es war geräumig und sauber. Zwei Betten, eine kleine Kochnische und ein kleines Bad. Hier ist man Selbstversorger. Man kann hier keinen Luxus erwarten aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist Top. Das Internet ist langsam. Alles verlief reibungslos.
Urlaub hier ist nur für Leute die wirklich ausspannen möchten denn im Dörfchen hat es nur ein paar Restaurants uns zwei Shops bei denen man sich mit Lebensmittel eindecken kann. Ansonsten ist nur am Strand liegen und entspannen.

Ottima posizione in zona tranquilla

Semplici monolocali suddivisi su due palazzine ai due lati di una strada laterale.
L'appartamento che ci avevano assegnato era un pò più grande della media, con due letti (uno matrimoniale ed uno singolo), angolo cottura con stoviglie un pochino ridotte ma sufficienti per preparare piatti veloci ed il che bagno sarebbe da rivedere ma in linea con le classiche strutture greche.
Entrambe le strutture hanno una piccola piscina anche se non sono molto frequentate.
Le pulizie vengono effettuate ogni due giorni con cambio asciugamani.
I punti di forza sono sicuramente la terrazza con tavolo, sedie e con bella vista verso il mare e la posizione che è comodissima per visitare tutta la parte sud dell'isola, in cinque minuti di scooter si raggiunge Karfas ed in poco più di dieci Chios.
La zona è tranquilla con una bella spiaggia, vari ristoranti ed un market nelle vicinanze.
Lo consiglio a chi ama le vacanze fai da te e la tranquillità.

En perle

Skal dere til Chios og vil bo litt utenfor byen: Velg dette leilighetshotellet. Fantastisk beliggenhet, utsikt over havet, rolig men sentral i forhold til strand, spiseplasser osv. Relativt nytt og flotte leiligheter. Anbefales på det varmeste. Kommer garantert tilbake.
