Great experience

Great hotel, we took a studio so room spacious enough for two people, terrace and closet to store clothes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to the center and beaches.

Poor, would not stay again

The only positive points of the structure are the actual proximity to the center and the cheapness of the rooms.
Unfortunately, there are more negative notes:
- uncleaned room (towels with hair of previous guests, terrifying and REALLY DIRTY plastic shower curtain, summary daily cleaning);
- soundproofing of the non-existent room;
- reception not received (in about 10 entrances and exits from the hotel we happened to meet someone at reception ONE time - moreover he was smoking in the lobby);
- we risked having the car parked in front of the hotel removed: every Wednesday morning there is in fact a local Point of Sale along the street, but no one informed us that it could not be parked. Luckily we read a piece of paper stuck in the elevator informing about the Point of Sale the next morning and we moved the car.
In conclusion, in retrospect, we would have spent something more to stay in a more comfortable and clean structure, which we also recommend to you!

Hidden Gem, clean and simple

This hotel is a hidden gem! We were initially worried when our Satnav took us higher up the road where there was no visible hotel, however when we found it, we were delighted. The reception area is beautiful and welcoming, the apartment was simple, providing everything we needed. I could imagine staying there for a prolonged period of time and instead of the 3 nights we were there. The only problem we found was the low-quality mattress as we could feel the springs, but still managed to sleep very well. The location is excellent, being a short walk to the lake and busy areas. Definitely value for money.

Mini shower!

Well located, inexpensive, not crazy but comfortable bedding.
The bathroom needs to be reviewed: ridiculously tiny shower with a door that had come off its track (flooding everywhere), you don't have to be fat!
A little dated but clean and other than that, it does the job for visiting the area.

Rooms 1/5, service 3/5, location 4/5.

With order:
Friendly staff;
Good air conditioning;
Good location in the center and a 5 minute walk from the 3 nearby beaches and the salt "lake", restaurants, and a very close supermarket.
Then:
Rooms not soundproofed, indeed noisy, everyone hears everything from all floors;
Packaged breakfast;
Single beds, even though we had a double;
Cold water when it gets dark, probably because only solar thermal is used.
