Great value apartments in a stunning location.

These apartments are such great value, traditionally Greek in style, basic but have everything you need for a perfect week in the sun.
The view is spectacular, truly breathtaking, the sunrise in the morning is among the best I have ever seen. The hosts Maria and her family are very friendly and accommodating. The pool is a great size, with a bar area serving breakfast lunch and dinner options at reasonable prices.
Thers a short walk of 10-15 mins into Elounda and a bus stop going into both Plaka and Elounda just outside the apartments.
If your looking for a holiday that's great value in a stunning location then these apartments are perfect x

Excellent

A perfect holiday. We emailed ahead as we were arriving late and asked for wine to be put in the fridge and for the aircon to be on. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. Very good selection of food available all day at the pool bar. Fantastic pool, wonderful views and brilliant hosts make this the most relaxing holiday. Elounda is beautiful and an easy walk or you can ask for a taxi. Very good restaurants with very friendly people. Can't ask for more. Will be back next year. Thank you to all who made our holiday perfect.

Amazing holiday!

Where to start with Tasmania Village...
Stunning views, typically Greek accommodation which was clean, well appointed and comfortable, lovely food and last but not least the kindest, friendliest most wonderful people in Maria, George and Yannis that you could wish for. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they make you feel like you are part of the family.
This was a special family holiday with 9 of us in total and the Tasmania Village provides a real home away from home. I could not recommend this place highly enough. It was our second visit and it certainly won't be our last.
We left with 3 new members of our family and we can't wait to see you all again.

A perfect stay

We have just returned from the most perfect 2-week holiday on the 30th anniversary of our first ever visit. The welcome and hospitality from Maria, George and Yannis was excellent, as always. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they are always around to help with booking taxis and dinner reservations etc. Yannis even perfected my lattes exactly to my liking which we subsequently ordered as Yannis Specials!
Tasmania Village is like a home from home, with most guests on return visits or have been recommended. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing, typically Greek holiday, with the most amazing panoramic views of the sea and the island of Spinalonga.
We had a one bedroom apartment for 3 people. It was bigger than we expected and was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The kitchenette had all essentials for a self catering holiday, and we also enjoyed Maria's food in the pool bar throughout our stay. We paid extra for air conditioning and the safe, and we had no issues whatsoever.
The pool looks to have been recently renovated with new tiles and is spotlessly clean. We never had issues with getting sunbeds, and there was a lovely breeze which made the very hot weather more comfortable, and incredible views from the pool area.
We were so gutted to leave, but we will be back again soon. Massive thanks to Maria, George and Yannis for everything you did to ensure we had the best holiday. Until next time...

bed bugs and police

i’ve never written a review before but this place was that awful i have no choice. after the first night i begun noticing spots all over my back and legs i was pretty confused so i searched the bed where i found bedbugs. the bites progressively got worse and we had to book another place to sleep because we couldn’t stay there on the 2nd night. we then returned back to the hotel because we couldn’t afford to book a separate place every night, until the 5th night we couldn’t physically sleep there. we returned back to the hotel on the last day right before our transfer to the airport where i was met with the hotel staff and the police? they demanded i give them 40 euros or i cant get on my flight home. the hotel owner said word for word “if you leave anything negative on social media or trust pilot i will ruin your life” i would highly recommend staying far away from this hotel i wish 0 stars was an option.
