Great option

Structure located very close to the beach, clean and welcoming. The staff is very helpful and in the immediate vicinity there is the market and the bus that takes you all over the island. Every day they tidy up the room and change the sheets every two days. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a comfortable terrace. The garden is very well kept and so is the swimming pool. Excellent value for money if I were to return to Naxos I would not hesitate to rebook with Katerina-Babis

Good Spot

Stayed for 5 nights and was not disappointed.
Small studio with fridge and hob, sheets changed & room cleaned every day.
Good sized pool with umbrellas and sunbeds.
Accommodation was just minutes from beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop for Naxos Town.

Nice stay with great pool

We stay here 8 nights. It was nice. Pool is great..big and clean. You can realy swim.. they are beds and umbrellas all around.
Room was clean and they clean every day, and change towels of course.
Wi-fi is good, and just don't work on our balcony. Ok, the furniture is little old. But, is great value for money.
They are not moschito net.
It is on great location.

Downmarket, shabby. & tired.

Very disappointed by the standard of our studio. Whilst it was clean, it was extremely tired, dated, & shabby. The furniture was very old, the coat hangers in the wardrobe were broken, the tv didn't work, the beds were very hard & there was no wifi connection. As for the decor...it was horrendous. Vile green very badly hand painted walls...see photos.
The pool area is a hot, concrete desert & like the rest of the place, pretty shabby.
The resort is ok, but nothing special. We couldn't find anything appealing in the three hours we stayed!! Shabby & downmarket. There was a stagnant lake at one end of the beach which was a breeding ground for flies.
I would not recommend Katerina Babis & will definitely not be returning.
