A stay that satisfied us

Beautiful location right on the beach of Agios Pavlos facing the island of Nikouria. Spacious, clean apartment with a kitchenette and a large terrace overlooking the beach. Strategic position to visit the entire island; the longest distance we traveled was 25 km to reach Kslotaritissa beach. Friendly and helpful staff (special mention for Evy). Varied and sufficiently ample breakfast. We highly recommend it.

Far too expensive for what it is.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago, nothing compared to now. We were extremely shocked by the nonchalant and dismissive attitude of the few present. Apart from the kindness of Angeliki who does what she can to try to "save the ship"
Paying 160 euros a night for a "deluxe" room and ending up in a decrepit hotel gives the feeling of being empty of pockets for nothing.
On arrival, nice welcome, but already the feeling that the people present did not manage anything in the establishment...fortunately we had eaten at the port, because there was nothing to eat at the restaurant in the evening except 1 Greek salad....
The shower malfunctioned, we had to claim for water and change a bulb in the bathroom, the bottle tray of the fridge...broken and surrounded by adhesive tape that no longer stuck, mosquito nets with holes in the windows, rusty shutters, etc...
The general impression is to let him go, except to take your money.
The lady in black at the restaurant is the same as two years ago and still makes no effort to line up two words in English. Breakfast...after two days we had it outside...
Breathless coffee machine, three toasts that run after each other, eggs with cold dishes, in an unheated heater... tired fruits that brown day after day and all in an unclean environment, no cups, no plates, no hot water in thermos... we are tolerant but there are limits to everything. There's no supervision and it's up to the client to sort it out.
The beach is beautiful, sun loungers out of age as well as umbrellas towards the pool, also that feeling of solitude and letting go.
We were then able to compare with another even cheaper establishment on the island... day and night! Fortunately this saved our stay in Amorgos. We paid a lot of money for unworthy services, feeling like we were stolen. We're not coming back.

Too expensive for how it really is

The structure is in a strategic and very scenic position , the studios are large and very beautiful outside, they would also be inside if they were kept well, bathroom with embarrassing shower (the large non-working shower head and in its place added a shower set in a lattice without the ability to scroll upwards .. the kitchen with a pot and 2 cutlery per type and the hob was thrown into a kitchen door. The worst thing about breakfast , the environment is very dirty and very badly managed. The air is very shabby even in the reception. It is a structure that has a nice potential but ask too much giving the minimum. Not worth the asking price

Embarrassing and personal breakfast not at all positive

The location is lovely, the structure would not even be bad, unfortunately the management is bad. We booked for 9 nights and from the first night the shower was broken, only the hand shower worked. We asked to repair it or change rooms since over half of the rooms were free,
Ma
Each time we were told that they had ordered the missing piece: moral, 9 days without a real shower. Breakfast is really embarrassing. For over 15 years I have been coming to Greece and this was the worst breakfast I have ever received from a facility. Very few things and bad quality given with the dropper, expired cereals, frozen croissants and the manager who spent all the time on the cell phone instead of restocking those two crucified pieces of food given for breakfast. Unfortunately contrary to what they show on the site the reality is quite different so be careful if you book in this structure, there are others much better at even cheaper prices as we have seen through some friends who have joined us on the island.

Nice location, structure to redo

Structure in a magical and unsurpassed position, beautiful view and the sea in front. The problem is the management of the structure and especially the state of the common parts, let go and very shabby. Deck chairs half-broken and all different from each other both in the pool and on the gravel in front of the beach, umbrella that loses the pieces, kitchen that looks like a bazaar and cleanliness that leaves much to be desired. Breakfast is the most bleak, sparse and mismanaged experience. The receptionist is basically useless because she does not know how to give directions or information. The rooms instead are spacious, clean, badly organized bathrooms but all in all working order. Water pressure almost absent but this is a recurring problem on the Greek islands. Everything to review because the structure was definitely a spearhead
