Fantastic view, good price
We stayed at the Sunshine Resort last week and had a wonderful experience. The only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is due to a few minor areas for improvement that could be easily addressed at minimal cost.
We stayed on the top floor next to the balcony, which had a couple of settees and a fantastic view of the sea and mountains. We were fortunate to be the only guests for the entire week, so it was very quiet, and we had the balcony all to ourselves. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed once, which was satisfactory.
We only met the male owner once during check-in. He seemed pleasant and offered to carry my suitcase up to the room. Our room was not self-catering, but it did have a kettle, two cups, two drinking glasses, and two wine glasses. The bed was quite comfortable. The shower room was adequate, but a shower holder would have been better to avoid holding the shower head.
As for areas needing improvement, the sign for the apartments is way too obscure and virtually impossible to see at night. Fortunately, we found the place with the help of Google Maps. The check-in instructions were insufficient; we had to guess that the owners lived in the leftmost ground-floor apartment (no signs). It was disconcerting to knock on their door late at night without being certain. The owner eventually appeared through the window and opened the door a minute or so later. There were no check-out instructions either, so we left the key in the door and knocked on the owner's door to inform him we were leaving out of courtesy. Despite several knocks and seeing the curtain twitch, no one opened the door. After waiting for five minutes, we decided to leave. If the owners prefer minimal interaction with guests, they should at least leave instructions in the room to avoid confusion.
Overall, we had a great experience at the Sunshine Resort.

It's not worth it!
The room was small and smelled of mold , the wardrobe was in the humidity and the air conditioner unit made too much noise and it caused us not to sleep well and we had to keep the door of the room open so that the mould smell would go away while it was done . Not worth this hotel choice.

Nice view but on everything else we are not
We were there from 7 to 15 August this year
The most positive aspect is definitely the view but then there were so many negative aspects that do not lead me to recommend this property to other travelers
Here they are:
1) Very old bathrooms. Both our bathrooms had the shower curtain (older) 10 cm shorter from shower tray so each time we flooded everything
2) lacked communal or single washing machine per apartment. It is essential for a holiday of at least a week to rinse at least swimsuits and beach towels after a day at the beach
3) We were forbidden to eat in the structure despite having in small kitchenette
4) our hairdryer was detached from the wall, see the picture
5) the road to get there is very very rough and very steep
6) the second day I pointed out to Franz that the front door creaks so much (actually all) and in the evening he told me that he had fixed. But nothing had changed.
Basically structure that I would not recommend to anyone

Good quality/price ratio
I stayed with friends at this property last week. Very basic structure, but clean, the rooms are not very large, but in the end they are more than fine for sleeping and showering. The location is truly excellent, close to many beaches and the center of Lassi. The host was very kind and helpful, we arrived before the check in time and she still managed to get us into the room.
Recommended for the excellent quality/price ratio.
