INADMISSIBLE! CLOSE IT!

Where to start! We booked rooms for a wedding! Almost the whole hotel basically! The owners, turned off the lights, rooms did not have hot water to take a bath, changed the price per room and last day and we paid extra money (without reason and apart from the original agreement!). In order for the makeup maker and the hairdresser to come in order to prepare for the wedding day, an extra living room (laugh!) was charged, a room without heating, no air conditioning, with breezes that didn't work! (?) Probably not to burn too much fluid in the hair bistro! Inside the room that was charged extra, besides three chairs, there was a massage bed, two parkour beds ... Hacha! The "owners" when we asked for some warmth with something... brought an air heater..and personally made an observation to me because I was wearing a season shirt and a pants! I should have taken my blanket with me! I didn't know it! To conclude, honestly there is no way I can even get out of this hotel! THE GENESIS AND IRONY OF THESE PEOPLE IS NOWHERE! SHAMEFUL SHAME! Of course, I expect some response from the authorities!

A disgrace hotel

It is a very dirty hotel with rude owners, very poor quality beds, poor breakfast, ants and bedbugs in the rooms, no elevator, chairs not suitable for sitting.

Disappointing

What a disappointment. This hotel is located about 8 km from Arta and there is nothing to do in the area, not even a taverna. Since the website said there was a bar, room service and restaurant we thought this wasn't a problem. Unfortunately there was only a possibility of getting a very poor breakfast, where we each got completely different things. Owner hardly speaks any other language. Room was simple with bad beds. In our opinion, not worthy of the name hotel.

Very bad value for money

Very poor quality of service. Rude owners. Poor breakfast quality, no choice. We stayed three nights and they didn't even come in to clean the room one day. They came in one day and emptied the trash and didn't even make the bed. I have never experienced anything like this before.

Rugs! The worst that can happen to you.

Generally crap, mentally and mentally disturbed owners, no internet, no hot water on the first day, breakfast made to order, no buffet, restaurant out of business, but you can't pay by card. Only black cash. In a word: Far!! Never again! The worst that can happen to you.
