A very good hotel, maybe the best in the area.
Comfortable and clean rooms, with quiet to rest..

Renovation fast!

I honestly didn’t expect such a mess....the room looked into the kitchen, all the smells came in, the bathroom with an ancient bathtub (who needs a bathtub today? shower should have), the toilet lid continuously dropped and dirty, soaps and shampoos bad. The meal was moderate, expected for a provincial city hotel, the meter was excellent and working, unlike the receptionists who were uneducated and linguistic. Conclusion: compulsory solution when you are in the area....

Very good hotel.

Very good, clean and well-kept hotel, just outside the city of Arta (avolo, needs a car for everything).
Quiet, good breakfast, polite and helpful staff.

In urgent need of renovation!

Hotel in urgent need of renovation!
Be careful when choosing a room - some rooms with refurbished bathrooms, others with mold in the bathroom and rooms with a carpet, which is highly unsanitary.
Breakfast leaves much to be desired, no choice, cocoa e.g. must be paid extra.
Coffee spoons are made of plastic, which is outrageous as plastic items are banned in the hotel and catering industry in the EU.
There is no menu for Room Service, e.g. drinks are brought without a receipt.
The hotel is located outside, the facade is for crying.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel!

Byzantine in the name.

It was not a good experience.The people are gentle, but the hotel needs immediate renovation.The breakfast was satisfactory.The cleanliness is sufficient.The rooms are comfortable, but because of the old age everything looks untreated.
