A Piece of Heaven

Our stay was delicious. Alina and Elias are super nice and helpful. The shuttle service to the airport works wonderfully comes and facilitates a lot. The bungalow is a gracinha, super well equipped, has various facilities( microwave, coffee, frigobar, dishes, glasses etc). The air-conditioned pool area is simply wonderful.

An absolute gem on the Athens Riviera, and worth every one of its five stars. From the moment we arrived it felt like a proper home-from-home — a spotlessly clean, beautifully kept bungalow with everything thought of. Waking up to the heated pool each morning was a treat, and sinking into the hot tub after a long day was pure bliss.
The location is the real star: direct access to the beach, the Artemida seafront right on the doorstep for morning walks and runs, and cracking little tavernas (The Coral and Ouzeri The Widow both a short stroll away) for dinner. Being just 20 minutes from the airport made arriving and leaving effortless, and the on-site parking was easy and stress-free.
But what lifted it from great to unforgettable was the staff — warm, genuine, and nothing ever too much trouble. They made my son and me feel welcome from the first minute to the last. He practically lived in the pool and the sea, and I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing, family-friendly base.
Clean, comfortable, brilliantly located and run by lovely people. We've loved every single minute and will absolutely be back. If you're weighing it up — just book it. Five stars all round, and thoroughly deserved.

Beautiful site. Family friendly. Great staff. Location is very walkable to beach, restaurants, bakery. Have stayed here multiple times.

We had a wonderful experience at Modular Bungalow! The staff were excellent hosts—friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Athens is about 30–40 minutes away, but that was actually one of the things we enjoyed most. After spending time exploring the busy inner city, it was so nice to come back to Artemis, relax, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and convenient amenities the area has to offer.
A great place to stay if you want to experience Athens while also having somewhere quiet and relaxing to unwind!
