Not an hotel just an unmanaged Airbnb
The property presents itself as a hotel, but in reality it operates like an Airbnb with no proper services: no reception, no on-site assistance, and no housekeeping during the stay.
Upon arrival, the sheets were stained (photo attached), which is completely unacceptable. The room does not match the pictures online, and the bathroom is of very poor quality.
The digital door system is unreliable — we were locked out with no help available, which is extremely frustrating given the absence of staff.
Soundproofing is practically non-existent. We couldn’t sleep due to outside noise — it feels like the walls are made of paper.
Lastly, the so-called “luggage room” is not secure at all. Anyone in the building can access it, making it risky to leave your belongings despite the presence of cameras.
The only positive point is the location, which is central and convenient.
However, it does not make up for the lack of service, cleanliness, and security.
I would not recommend this place.

Great location , hotel is clean and I like the modern nature of the BoB W approach to hotels BUT they dropped the ball

- broken bathroom tap
- empty shower gel
- signs of damp on one wall
- room G1 is extremely dark with very little natural daylight
- room G1 has an external door in the room that opens onto an alleyway
- room G1 has a emergency exit sign that lights the room up at night and makes it difficult to get a proper nights sleep

Otherwise a clean apartment hotel in the anarchist quarter of Athens. I wouldn't stay there with small kids: police forces with guns in every corner.
