A lovely stay with cute environment and great location. The staff was wonderful do was the food. The room was rather dark which helped with jet lag. The bed was just okay, hopefully for more since it's in the location of the store where they sell the bedding materials. I wish there were amenities like a gym. Another cocomat has a notable rooftop which I would try next go.

Amazing stay! The service was outstanding throughout our visit. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. It’s located in the heart of a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, yet within walking distance of the city center, making it the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience

One of the best hotel in Athens
We had a fantastic stay at COCO-MAT Athens. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and it’s located in one of the best neighborhoods in Athens, with excellent restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby.
We have stayed here many times over the years with both friends and family, and every visit has been consistently outstanding. What truly makes this hotel special is the exceptional service. The staff is always friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming.

Five Star Service Every Time! My favourite place to stay!
I had another wonderful stay at this hotel, which is why I keep returning whenever I go to Athens. The hotel is always exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

NEVER AGAIN
I stayed at this hotel for one night. I had a British Airways holiday booked for 3 nights and was staying at the Herodian hotel but unfortunately my flight was cancelled so I opted to go the day before. As the Herodian was fully booked British Airways booked this hotel for the one night because it's five minutes walk from the Herodian. My hotel room was ok. Very small but clean. Unremarkable. I didn't give it any more thought because I was staying at the Herodian hotel for 3 nights. A week after I left the hotel..when I was back in the UK, I received an email with a photo of a damaged shower gel dispenser and a missing shower gel/shampoo/conditioner - no idea what. The email had a link to pay 55e - damaging the dispenser and stealing a body wash or other body product. As if!!! I don't even use hotel products and I certainly don't steal from anyone. I don't carry pliars with me .. why would I want to steal the rubbish shower gel to take it to my next hotel? I replied to the email and said that I did not do that damage or steal the product. I expected an apology but received another demand the next day. British Airways has handled my case since then which I am hugely grateful for. Cocomat has gone mysteriously silent. British Airways have issued an apology but nothing from this hotel. Certainly a cloud over the whole trip...a real shame because I'd gone to do one last Athens and Delphi visit in my 70s before I'm too ancient.. Definitely avoid!
