Wanderful for recovering your energy, for rest and relaxation.
Divani Escape is real Divan Place for Escape. It was the most pleasant and peaceful holiday in the peak of season. Everything was perfect, friendly and professional staff, calmness of the place, delicious breakfast... Even more we could enjoy all facilities of Divani Apollon Hotel, private beach, swimming pool...

Don’t stay here
I booked an Ocean View Suite, expecting exactly what was advertised. Instead, I was given a tiny room facing a busy street that looked nothing like the photos or description. When I questioned it, the staff actually insisted that this was a suite, despite it clearly not matching what I had reserved.
What made the experience even worse was how unprofessional the staff handled the situation. Rather than resolving the issue, I was passed from one manager to another for hours. Eventually, they offered to “upgrade” me, as if they were doing me a favor, but the room they offered was still below the standard of the Ocean View Suite I had originally booked.
The room I received simply did not match the hotel’s advertised images or the reservation I paid for. Because of this, I stayed only one night and checked out early. Even after explaining that the accommodations were materially different from what had been advertised, the hotel refused to refund the unused nights or take any responsibility for the misleading listing.
For a hotel marketed as a 5-star luxury property, this level of customer service and honesty is unacceptable. I expected professionalism, transparency, and accommodations that matched what was sold. Instead, I experienced misleading advertising, poor customer service, and a complete lack of accountability.
I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. Housekeeping and reception consistently ignored our requests for basic necessities like clean towels, glassed, toilet paper, and fresh sheets.
The hygiene standards were appallingly low. The balcony was covered in pigeon droppings and swarming with birds, disrupting our sleep throughout the stay. Additionally, the bathroom had severe drainage issues with both the sink and shower. Despite multiple calls—and a plumber who claimed to fix it when he hadn't—the issue lingered for days. Management only stepped in two nights before we checked out, making us pack and move rooms late in our trip. The final two days were slightly improved, but still nowhere near 5-star quality.

False claim as to exclusive access to private beach at Divani Escape Vouliagemeni
Appalling treatment on the Apollonia beach . This is a five star hotel with website offering exclusive access to private beach but the reality is that it is not private and the only exclusion is as to guests of the hotel . On this Sunday all six rows of umbrellas from the sea to the road were exclusively reserved for non hotel guests . The representation that there is exclusive access to private beach with premium facilities is untrue ; the umbrellas were all reserved for non hotel guests and the beach attendants were rude and disrespectful. Anyone believing that they are getting exclusive access to private beach with premium facilities is going to be extremely disappointed.
