A hotel with a heart ❤️

My daughter, her husband and nephew had an issue with a stolen bag and stolen passports which left them stranded. The hotel management helped her and her husband in the uttermost respectful way possible.
The receptionist was kind to assist and make sure they were safe. The room was clean and of great value. Our family want to thank all of the staff for taking such good care of them.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's a fine room but the bathroom smelled a little of sewage. There is a front desk person always watching downstairs. There is a very large drug-using community directly around the corner. However there are some interesting neighborhoods nearby and it's relatively central/walkable to everything.

Shame!

Filled with acari from the dirty layers of the hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable all of them ......in the dirt all!!! The situation is miserable and the worst could have happened to me. Blood on the sheets , dirty bathrooms , used health papers in the middle , wet towels , hairs stuck everywhere , curtains in the dirt , balconies and chairs their black mess of bird feces . Moisture on the walls and racks rotten !!!!!!!!! Complain the least !!!!

Excellent with price ratio

Clean hotel, quiet, polite staff, very close to Metro METASURGEIO station, the choice of this hotel is value for money, due to business obligations in Athens now this will be my accommodation.

Alot of homeless drugaddicts around corner. Elevator gets stuck on 1st floor everytime door opens. Room is clean but low standard. On the good side reception has good service.
