Stay in Athens after our cruise.

The location is fantastic you will find all your basic necessities a few steps from the building. The room is not super large but is comfortable enough for a couple. The room was very clean and the service lady was attentive and friendly. While there was not any staff in the building they were very responsive. You can easy walk to Athens attractions. Our unit had a roof terrace and a whirlpool…(nice after a day of a lot of walking). Things that you need to be aware of that there are a few steps to get to the elevator lobby and the elevator is small.

We just came back yesterday from there

We just came back from staying 3 nights in Paleo suites and I can honestly say that we made a very good choice
Location: In the upscale Kolokotroni street in central Athens, about 2 min walk to Ermu shopping street and an array of restaurants, and supermarkets, and a few more min to Plaka and all the tourist sites. But the part of the street it is in is a quite location so you don’t hear anything at night
Suites: Very spacious and very very clean, 2 TVs with Netflix, prime, YouTube..ect,. good a/c, sitting room, comfortable bed, and ample storage space
Full kitchen including a large fried with a large freezer, microwave, over, stove, kettle, sink, lots of plates, cups, spoons, knifes….ect. you also get a large wine bottle and a large water bottle in the fridge
Bathroom: not so big but has everything you need including a large full automatic washing machine
Please note there is no front desk or staff except a very nice and cheerful cleaning lady that stays half the day and cleans the suite perfectly each morning. But she gives you the phone number of the owner if you need anything
We did not have and we did not need a car but I think parking would be an issue if you have one

If your looking for a stay with a view, this is not it. They advertise a view of the Acropolis but you are looking at buildings across the street in the opposite direction. If you get a hot tub as well, its not very private with other buildings being able to look down onto you. Besides that, the suite was amazing! Very clean, well maintained and amazing staff.
