Lovely little hotel in sidegate with delicious breakfast.

Lovely and almost new little hotel. Clean nice little rooms, with big bed and little bathroom. Located in side street without noise. The breakfast and coffee bar was absolutely lovely.

unclean city district

The hotel itself is fine, but the surroundings are unpleasant. Graffiti everywhere and everything is unclean. There are no restaurants nearby.
The rooms are modern, tidy, and clean. The breakfast is not a buffet, but a tray with dried bread, jam, 1 egg, and yogurt.
Okay for 1 night, but I would not want to stay here longer.
The price-performance ratio is good overall.

It’s hard to comment on the criteria provided because we booked another hotel 10 minute after checking in. The neighborhood is terrible, not located close to anything and sketchy. It was worth eating the cost of the hotel to stay somewhere else.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. Offered us some breakfast the night before cause we left too early in the morning. Plus, the hotel is located greatly so that it is easy to walk to the center - around 30 minutes.
The down sides were that the floor and the furniture were not so clean, and that the bathroom is super small and uncomfortable.

Great hotel: friendly staff, safe location, excellent breakfast. Bathroom a bit tight.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was clean, quiet, and welcoming, with staff who were always friendly and attentive.
Breakfast was a real highlight – fresh fruits, a variety of cheeses, eggs prepared in different styles, bacon, sausage, and additional daily options kept it interesting. Best of all, the barista-made coffee was exceptional, always served with a smile.
The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave me (female) the confidence to even venture out for a solo walk without hesitation.
As for the rooms, they are on the smaller side, but the spacious balcony more than makes up for it. The only real drawback is the bathroom layout. I’d read in other reviews that the toilet was small, but I didn’t fully understand until experiencing it myself.
We stayed in room 301, the space is compact, and the toilet positioning near the shower screen makes it a very tight fit. I’m of average build, and still found my legs pressed up against the shower glass when sitting down. For anyone larger, this could be a significant inconvenience.
Despite that, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, hospitality, and overall experience.
