Tiny Bathroom!
We used this hotel on a stopover in Athens it was not good not worth the money small room barely any room to move very run down and the bathroom is tiny I’m 5’4 and struggled to fit in the shower also they gave us two single beds even when we requested 6 months in advance that it be a double definitely not staying here again

Very good impression...
Absolutely good experience! The bathroom was about to collapse, the coffee at breakfast was not at all good and the cleanliness in the room was moderate. During our stay in the dorm room there was a bustle of parties in the bar which lasted until 01:00 in the morning. Finally, the staff was rude and not helpful at all. I did not recommend you as to visit it!

Complaint for Residence Disruption and Lack of Access to Common Spaces
I am a student who participated in a school excursion of the 1st High School of Rhodes Venetoclion and we stayed at Hotel Xenofon in Acharnes from 22 April to 26 April, through an agency. I would like to express a serious complaint about our stay.
On the last night of our trip, Saturday, April 25, which was the most important for us because it was the last time we were all together, the hotel did a party for another group of visitors. Because of this, we were not allowed to use the common areas, without giving us any other solution.
Specifically, these spaces were closed with sofas that prevented access, because they were intended for the party, so we could not all sit together for a while.
In fact, when we tried to sit in a hotel space with our responsible professor, and specifically in the breakfast room, an employee of the hotel came, turned off the lights and told us that we were not allowed to be there, so we left, without suggesting us any other solution.
At the same time, the music from the party was very loud and continued after 12 p.m., resulting in us not being able to rest in our rooms, even though it was a time of common silence.
The most disappointing thing is that it seems the hotel knew this before, while neither we nor the agency had been informed so we could arrange something else for our last night. This ruined the experience of our excursion.
Moreover, when the responsible professor asked the reception for the complaint form, he was not given, which we do not consider correct, because we were unable to record our complaint at that time.
For all the above reasons, we believe that our experience was not what we expected and we ask that the issue be examined and that there be some form of compensation.

Unacceptable
We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. One word would describe my stay, CHALIA. Breakfast is incomplete , and of no particular quality . The staff is rude. The bathroom is ready to collapse. ATHLIO

Worse hotel I’ve stepped in to
Absolutely Horrible,Where do I start in the bathroom a cracked ceiling that seems like it’s about to collapse and in genuinely has an ecosystem up there?Or the part that half of the staff,Do Not Want To Work There the bar lady was 30 minutes late after I asked to buy something ,or that the owner and the table manager or whatever that Karen was,were absolutely narcissistic and rude and didn’t let us sit on a public area bc her friend party was on like 20mins away not only that the party was going till 2 am and didn’t let us sleep till then the atmosphere was depressing and cold while it had a nice lobby everything was made from cheap and fake materials the lights broke 9 times in the 4 days I stayed here for the price it was okay I did expect some thing more for the 4 stars it said it had at booking do not trust the front page photo it looks 20 times worse it was a bad hotel a cheap pick for who ever needs somewhere to sleep do not suggest coming here if you want to have any kind of fun
