Wonderful family stay
We had a wonderful stay with our family. The staff were very nice, polite, and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained.
The whole complex had excellent facilities, making it perfect for a family holiday.
The buffet food was very good, with a nice variety and great taste.
Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for families!

Less then expected
We are currently staying at this hotel and, unfortunately, we are not satisfied. The food is repetitive and the coffee is poor. Twice during out stay we had no hot water and had to call reception to complain. One night, there was also a power outage.
The beach is beautiful and is definetly one of the best things about hotel.
However, the rooms are not cleaned properly - towels are not changed every day and the cleaning seems to be limited to basic hygine.
We also havent experienced much hospitality or effort from staff.
Overall, we expected much more. Hotel is more 3 stars, then 5 stars.

Simantro Resort Hotel may not be the newest or most luxurious hotel in Halkidiki, but I can confidently say that it has some of the most caring, attentive, and helpful staff I have ever encountered.
On our way to the hotel, one of our friends was involved in a traffic accident. During this difficult time, Anastassia from the front desk and the hotel manager, Mr. Sakis (I hope I have spelled their names correctly), were incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way. They regularly checked on us, showed genuine concern, and followed the situation closely throughout our stay.
Apart from that, the rooms were clean, the beach was beautiful, and the service was both good and efficient.
The only area that could be improved is the restaurant. On our last evening, we decided to have dinner at the hotel, but we were informed that the restaurant was closing at 9:30 PM. We quickly placed our order, finished our meal, and then moved to the bar area.
Thank you very much for everything. We truly appreciated your hospitality and hope to see you again in the future.

Wonderful Hospitality
We had an excellent stay at Simantro Resort. The service was outstanding from start to finish — the staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms were clean, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality and a peaceful vacation.

Recommendation to book Simantro
Very beautiful resort, the staff is very pleasent and welcoming, they are very helpful. They made our check in very fast and easy, and we really appriciated that since we are with baby. The resort is very beautiful and suitable for stroller walks in the nature, and there is easy access to beach. Many ammeneties and spacious. Very satisfied with our choice for coming here on vacation. Thanks Simantro :)
