Authentic Greek Hospitality

We just came back from a lovely 4 night stay at Anna Apartments. The apartment was spotless. We loved the traditional feel of it, really pretty and retro; Especially the all orange wet room and the bed frame. The window above our bed opened onto the beach which is a stones throw away. We left it open just a tiny bit at night so we could listen to the waves, truly stunning. And the sunrise was spectacular from the apartments.
We rented a car and easily accessed Kamari, Perissa, Pyros and Fira (parked there to get a bus to visit Oía). It’s also very close to the airport.
The Apartments are owned by a lovely local couple who have a very lovable dog, Simona, who potters around the place which we loved. All in all a lovely stay and would really recommend if you drive & are after the true soul of the island and not just the luxurious/touristy vibe Santorini can be known for.

Scammer

Owner scammed us out of $360 and tried to claim that we ruined a couch.
Kitchen and fridge are old - fridge is warm and it takes 15 minutes to cook an egg on the stove because it’s so bad.
There are an insect problem and cockroaches roaming around.
Pillows are the cheapest I’ve seen in a hotel and one smells really bad.
DO NOT STAY HERE this literally the worst company I’ve ever stayed within 3 years of being a digital nomad and traveling full time. Be really careful if you do stay here.

To bad

The hotel was nice and the appartment was clean and nice. BUT someone is stealing. The second day one of my T-shirts were missing from my suitcase.The day after the same T-shirt came back, but then another one was missing. I told this to the boy in the reception. I never got my T- shirt back.

great location

The apartment was very clean and the owners very friendly. It was very close to Chania and to the beach.The location perfect with lots of shops and restaurants. The price of the apartment was very good.

Perfect location!

The apartments are amazing! Always tidy and clean. Very close to sandy beach. No problems at all. Close to bus stations and shops. The internet was good and the lady at the office very helpful. Very good quality and very cheap stay.
