It's not up to today's standard!
Incredibly dirty and unfriendly host. Even if the location is supposed to be good, the rooms are not acceptable. The,bedding smells of sweat, you can hardly touch anything there, because everything is sticky and dirty. There are enough other clean rooms in good location, which we unfortunately realized too late:-(

Unreasonable!
Very dirty. Customer reviews are generally from very bad to extremely bad. Therefore, you should definitely look elsewhere for a nice pleasant place to stay.

This place was bad. And I mean, really bad. The owner/was extremely unfriendly and rude. And demanded cash upon my arrival. This is never happened to me before. But that’s OK, I dealt with it but he continued to be extremely rude and mean and very unfriendly.
The rooms were extremely bare had no amenities at all. No soap, no kettle, no coffee, no tea.
Stairs up to the rooms was extremely steep. Then I had to take an additional spiral staircase up to my room that was extremely rickety and unsafe.
Also, the rooms are not in the location that Google maps brings you to. Please be aware of that.
The rooms are located in an Old Town, that is actually is a great location. If it wasn’t for that, I definitely would’ve just left.

Normally, I don’t pay much attention to negative reviews, but in this case I can confirm they were absolutely correct.
My stay at this property was a major disappointment and I felt misled. Upon arrival, I was forced by the owner to pay in cash, even though my booking was made through the system with a credit card. When I objected, the owner reacted aggressively.
In addition, the accommodation did not match the description on the website at all:
No parking available
No kitchen or kitchenette, although advertised
No private beach, despite being listed
Very noisy rooms – the floors creaked so badly you could hear every movement
No daily cleaning
No reception or staff available for most of the day, only when the owner happened to be present
Ants in the bed and throughout the room
The most concerning aspect was the owner’s hostile attitude when I refused to pay in cash. This made my stay not only uncomfortable but also unsafe.
Overall, this was an extremely negative experience. I would like to file an official complaint and request that this case be investigated. It is unacceptable that a property can advertise facilities and services that are simply not provided.

The rooms were furnished with furniture that looked like it was obtained from the Salvation Army. We were requested to pay the full amount in cash upfront prior to getting the rooms!!!!!!!
