This was a very nice hotel, description was accurate and the staff were very good. The organised taxis to and from the airport and the room was very clean. Only reason it wasn't a 5 is the rooms are a bit sort of drawer space for storage, so stuff stayed in the cases and the breakfast was fine, but not outstanding.
Happy to thoroughly recommend the hotel

I stayed in one of the suites on the beach which went above and beyond my expectations. However, my last day was ruined as despite there being noone booked into my room on the day I left they would not let me keep my room on unless I paid a ridiculous sum of money, instead offering me a different room for the day, which defeated the object. Why clean two rooms when you could just clean one?
I chose not to change rooms as it was pointless and they said they had a room which guests could use to have a shower, get changed and pack but this turned out to be a public toilet with 3 shower cubicles. To be honest I was disgusted and the only saving grace was that I was in there alone.

Expensive AC

Overall an okay hotel! Bad that it says that AC is available, however, it costs 10€ per day if you want to use it so extremely hot in the rooms. You will also be charged 10€ per “item” if you soil the towel, sheets etc.

Dear IsabellagQ,
We would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your holidays and for your feedback.
Air conditioning is included for reservations made directly with the hotel. For bookings made via TUI, the service is not included and can be added locally if required. This is clearly indicated at the time of booking.
Regarding the charge for linen or towels, this is applied only in cases where items are significantly damaged or require special cleaning. In some cases, certain items cannot be properly cleaned and therefore cannot be reused, which is why the policy is applied. While this is not common, it is necessary in order to maintain quality standards.
We appreciate your understanding and remain at your disposal for any further information.
Kind regards,
The Management

Amazing hotel, communication with regard to our booking was great and when we arrived everything was easy.
Room was clean and spacious, staff were really friendly, breakfast we were spoilt for choice. Highly recommend Marika, a stones throw from the beach and town too!
