What a beautiful building!! I cannot fault anything 100% perfect! Location. Cleanliness Selection of good restaurants access to beach.. access to buses. Staff brilliant pool and surroundings immaculate. We will be back

Ok on some points and not on others.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for 14 days. There is a small kitchen where you can make coffee and a mirror bed and roast bread. But not so much more. The hotel is located in an area close to shopping and 5 km chania city. The apartment is spartan and slightly old-fashioned furnished. A little like coming to my youth hotels in the 90s, but the bed is good and AC works well. There is a cosy balcony which we used a lot. The hotel's big drawback is that the pool is quite small and therefore it gets quickly filled and very noisy from all the kids who pjaskas around and throw balls etc. We have nothing against children, but it becomes a little too much noise and plasking only on their premises because there is not quite much space and no place to avoid if you want a little peace. The sun area is small and lacks shade. So you get easily “fried” without the opportunity to find the shadow. The last minus is the miserable harder sunbeds. It's like sitting on a burnt.

Very warm welcome upon arrival. Helpful, friendly staff. Studio room was large, clean and well equipped. Complementary tea, coffee, sugar and a large bottle of water in fridge waiting for us. Bathroom was clean and tidy, with soap, toilet roll and shampoo. Kitchen had all the items for a self catering stay and included dish saop and sponge too.Pool and gardens were immaculate. Balcony was a little small but enough for the 2 of us. Very relaxed stay, would definitely book again and happily recommend to others. 2 minutes walk to Lidl for shopping and a further 10 minutes to a choice of 3 or 4 beaches/ bays. A few minutes walk to the bus stop to head into Chania, buy tickets at the stop by BMW garage its cheaper and quicker, 1 ticket per person per journey.

Great apartment hotel

Great, small apartment hotel that has everything you need for a family of 4. Great pool and nice bar. Beautiful flowers between the apartment complexes. Clean and nice. + that there is left a little water toys that all guests can take advantage of. - Could with advantage be air conditioning in the living room too, there was only a fan. We solved it by keeping the door open from the bedroom to the living room. Several fine restaurants in the immediate vicinity, short distance to the bus and about 10 min walk to the beach.
