Photos Omit the true space

We were two couples in the 2 bedroom apartment. Great location, nice and modern and clean. Lady who said she manages the apartments was very good with communication, and getting the air conditioning going for us. Unfortunately the photos omit that their is a very steep stair case with no railing up to the sleeping area. And then another set of stairs to the other bedroom. There is no sitting area inside. There is a terrace you can get to by going up through the second bedroom and up the very slim bookcase stairs through a window/door that is not very big. The outdoor setting is old and the fibreglass sticks into your skin!! It says 2 bathrooms, but there is only one toilet. The 2nd bathroom is tiny and the water goes everywhere. There are no hooks to hang towels and no counter to put your things on. A shame as it is nice just impractical for older people and young families!!
