Great accommodation with a superb view

Superb accommodation with an amazing sea view, the area is very peaceful. The staff are wonderful and helpful, a big thank you to Irini and Gina! Room comfortable, modern and cleaned daily. Soula studios is 5 mins walk from the centre of Paleochora - a small peninsula jutting out into the Libyan Sea which exists in splendid isolation. Look east from the balcony at night to see a beautiful dark sky location.

Soula Studios/Aparments are located in the quiet Gavdos district/Gavdiotika

Kalimera, stayed for 6 days in apartment no.3 at the end of April. In the beginning we found it a bit sterile, but then felt very comfortable and extended 2 days. Would definitely come back.

Paleochóra is a great base for some nice destinations in the area. The beautiful coastal village of Soúgia, Lissós Valley (Ancient Lissós), the beautiful villages of Anidri and Azogirés (waterfalls, the cave of the 99 saints, Spaniakos Koules/Ottoman fortress, the monastery of Ekklisia Agii Pateres), the chestnut village of Élos, the well-known beach of Elafonisi, the ancient city of Yrtakina... Small folklore museums exist except in Paleochóra, in Kandanos, Azogires, Vlatos and Soúgia.
Here at the "felt end of the world", in the far southwest, the sight of the crocodile (crocodile/Cape Flomos) is as always a familiar and pleasant sight. The daily and calming sight of the crocodile is one reason why Paleochóra is one of my favorite places. Paleochóra has a very special charm and atmosphere and many long-time regulars. Paleochóra has really grown close to my heart over the years.

We booked 2 nights at the last minute during our road trip. There was only one room available. Our host apologized for offering us a room without sea view! This room was impeccable and very nice! And you could see the sea from the balcony! Our host was a disconcerting kindness. We wanted to extend our stay for an extra night but the room we occupied was booked. The apartment is very clean, the location is excellent, sheltered from the prevailing winds 2 steps from the sea, shops and boats. I highly recommend

Two night stay

Host very welcoming & helpful, was able to check in early. Studio clean. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Fantastic sea views. Short walk tavernas & shops, beach. Internet was excellent. Plenty of parking locally. Location very peaceful & relaxing.

Excellent

Very good!!! great hospitality and absolutely clean. Every day the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. Quiet and with a wonderful view of the sea. very close to the center of the old town and you don't need to take a car to get around. Mrs. Sula, like Gina, are kind and smiling and always willing to help with anything you need. I highly recommend it!!! !!
