A wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at Casa D’Oro suites. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the room was clean and the staff helpful and accommodating. Panormos is a gorgeous village with many beaches, bars, shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. We would love to return. Highly recommend!

Poor cleanliness

Would not return. Room only cleaned twice during a 10 night stay at the beginning of the week. Towels changed twice. Bedding not changed at all. Bathroom bin emptied twice at the beginning of the stay. Wet shower mat left in bathroom after clean one put in changed once. Kitchen bin emptied twice. Lady cleaning the room told me she thought we had already left when I called to check out to ask where to leave the key. Water pressure non existent sometimes no water at all. We managed to have two reasonable showers but this was on the last 2 nights. Complained and were told ‘it was an issue in the area but a plumber had been called several days ago but was busy with other hotels’ it improved slightly after having to contact Tui.
Such a shame it’s a beautiful village. Rooms are very nicely decorated and the pool area is lovely and kept very clean. On first impressions I would not have hesitated to return, however I would not book again after the experience we had.

Relaxing holiday

A Relaxing Holiday with Partner, Good Service, Cozy, Fine Pool Enough Restaurants, Sandy Beach at 200mtr.
Very nice welcome on arrival by the young ladies who manage the suites, if questions were answered immediately.
Nice suite right next to the pool, nice breakfast service in the room, every day breakfast was different.
Supermarket right next to the complex.
Fine restaurants such as Agkiri (on the water), Bereketi (which also deliver) and Locus Deli at 100mtr.
Tasty drinks at Vintzi with lunch option and beautiful views over the coast, harbor and beach.
Plenty of excursion options with Pick Up Service all over the island
Water sports in the village, such as water skiing, parasailing, diving, bananas / bench behind the boat.

Lively beach front hotel

Location is so so good. We spent two night before our cruise. Right on the water ..near many restaurants and the get on and off bus stop. Rooms very clean , no frills ..very small shower. Served us very well . Breakfast was typical European..eggs cereal meats cheeses breads and included. Staff was very friendly and helpful . I'd stay again !

Excellent!

I stayed here early September with my partner and couldn’t have wished for a better holiday.
The location was perfect, shops, restaurants inland and sea view, bars within 5minute walk of the suites, highly recommend the sea food restaurant on the beach front !
The room was immaculate, it has everything you need for a self catering holiday and the sisters, who were extremely helpful in every aspect, came and cleaned the room every other day. On top of that the pool area is nice and a definite sun trap where you’ll never struggle to get a sun bed.
