Prettig appartement en aardige mensen
Erg leuk, kleinschalig complex. Gunstig want rustig gelegen met (vanaf appartement 9 op de 1e verdieping) mooi zicht op de baai en het dorp. Zeer schone, goed verzorgde appartementen. Uitstekend bed, groot en met goed matras. Zeer aardige mensen, die ons het ruime, verrassende ontbijt elke dag met een glimlach langs brachten. Beheerders en personeel denken graag met je mee en voorzien je van alles wat nodig is, zoals verwarming als het koud is zoals toen wij er waren. Echt een aanrader. NB: Zwembad in maart, begin april nog niet klaar.

genuine evaluation: Living in the laundry room * unacceptable
It'll be Apt. Number five and that's real. Here's just the very worst: Some apts (so also #5) are in the basement without blk. without terr. with views of walls (sh. Photos). - There is a washing machine in the bathroom, in which all the Laundry of the other room washed at 30° (Gully in the bathroom stinks of toilet + noise. + constantly. Access cleaning lady, attention without knocking or calling). Laundry then flutters in front of the window. - There is a footpath all around, everyone can stare in if you don't want to close the dark curtains or get in with the window open. Ventilation impossible - There is no, never. - Change of stained towels less often than every 3 Tg. Cleaning inadequate. - Unprof. unfriendly. Staff at the main hotel, collect only the tourist tax and ignore guests from Anthos. Defects are not eliminated - Hearing loss (TV, conversations). Sewage pipe from overlying apt runs through the bath, hearing every flush - and much more unreasonable. 10 times experience in GR with simple accommodations were significantly different! - Organizer (TUI about l'tur) not available on site, after returning ignorance.

Extremely disappointing stay – poor facilities and unacceptable management attitude
We stayed at Anthos Apartments (same owner and reception as Alianthos hotels) and our experience was extremely negative.
The apartment we were first given looked nothing like the photos we were shown when booking. It was in bad condition, at the back of the property facing the parking lot. After complaints, we were moved to another unit, supposedly an “upgrade,” but again we faced very serious problems:
- Cockroaches found several times (in the kitchen where our children’s beds were placed, in the bathroom, and even outside the door).
- The air conditioning unit was leaking water onto our belongings inside the room.
- The baby cot was initially given without a mattress.
- Missing basic amenities (shampoo, toothbrush cup, towel racks).
- My husband had to move beds and the baby cot himself, following instructions from the cleaning staff – completely unacceptable in any hotel.
What made the whole situation worse was the attitude of the owner and the manager. Instead of apologizing or helping, they responded with denial, irony, and tried to shift the blame onto us. Their written responses were dismissive, inaccurate, and showed no sense of responsibility.
In the end, we were forced to leave early and move to another property, losing time, money, and peace of mind.
Do not rely only on the photos or their promises. Ask for written confirmation of the exact room type and amenities before booking. Very poor service and extremely unprofessional behavior from management. Families with children should absolutely avoid this place.

Nice apartment, overbooking is a problem here!
The apartment (the one with balcony and seaview, the ones on the ground floor are not that nice) is nicely decorated and has a nice balcony with seaview. The downside is there's only a deep bathtub with showerhead. Not so convenient for elderly people... It's situated near a bakery and 400 metres from a supermarket. It's a walk of 10-15 minutes to the beach and 20-25 minutes to the village. Our apartment was overbooked: it took 3 days before we got the right one: overbooking is a common problem with these apartments! Although it's a nice apartment, I therefore can not recommend it.

It was good
The apartment was spacious with a separate bedroom and clean. We had a nice balcony with seeview / poolview. There are different kind of apartments. In the morning we could have breakfast at the hotelnin the center of Plakias. My opinion is that you need a car for that, it is quite a walk. Luckely we had one! Breakfast is good and a lot of variety. I can recommend it!
