Great experience at the spa
We visited the SPA of Aar Hotel in Ioannina for a family day of 6 people and our experience was really wonderful.
The place was beautiful, clean and very relaxing. The indoor pool had the perfect warm temperature, especially for cold days and in general everything was organized in such a way that allowed us to enjoy our day.
Mrs. Despina and Lena were excellent in massage professionals, polite and with wonderful character. I want to emphasize that Mrs. Despensa helped me a lot in organizing this day for my family (6 people), she was really very helpful, willing and kind throughout the process. And Lena was just as sweet and willing, ready to help us with whatever we needed, so we could feel comfortable and fully relax.
The quality of the massage was perfect and the creams used smelled great, which made the experience even more enjoyable and thoughtful.
Also, I would like to mention something very important, the prices are incredibly good for the excellent experience they offer, I would say better than the experiences I had now in other hotels in Ioannina.
We were offered soft drinks with impeccable service and the child who brought them to us was also very kind and helpful, although unfortunately I do not remember his name.
In addition, in the end we were given a little surprise / gift, which left us a really beautiful impression and made us feel even more welcome.
Finally, a big thank you to Maria at the reception, who was very kind, helpful and willing to help from the first moment.
We will definitely visit again and highly recommend it! Thank you very much Despensa and Lena, you are wonderful ❤️

The attic of the hotel had an unfortunate smell which didn't go away and you couldn't sleep!! dirt behind the head of the bed with a lot of shrimp!In the observation made to the head of the shift immediately understood the problem!We were suggested to give another double room where this smelled cigarette!!The result is that I took myself two ranches to sleep in the living room of the attic that didn't smell!!I called Monday with the hotel to inform the head of the hotel because the weekend I visited it he told me that he was absent and still have no phone call!

Don't come ever to this place reception is that worse for kids don't spoil your money in such a place

Unforgettable stay!
We were a family group from Rhodes . 25 people!
Overall the hotel very good,
In particular, the staff very helpful - very polite - showed understanding that we have little children who several times made their bust unintentionally because they were happy after they were all together!!!! we apologize for any disturbance caused by the little ones ...
Some minus that can definitely be corrected are:
1)the walls in -1 have mold,
2), hangers on the wall for jackets or some clothes that we don't want to put in the closet,
3) We were allowed to go to the pool and we thank them very much (I just noticed that on the second day the pool had soil or something like that , I couldn't understand why it was at the bottom of the pool and only the children had entered , I just supervised them ).
4) I learned from the rest of the group that they changed the time in a room because they were not allowed to be in the bar-restaurant after it closes at 23:00!!
I didn't like it at all because we came from a distance so we could all be together comfortably and not in a room with 20 people changing time,
at least such days could become an exception for all visitors!!!
And finally the breakfast would have a greater variety but also a higher quality of products, plus a little the issue of the cleanliness of dishes and cups .
A big minus is the sound insulation of the rooms, unfortunately.
Otherwise everything very beautiful and I recommend it ..
as well as the massage the ladies but very polite and smiling .. also I massage and relaxed so much that I didn't believe it!!

Beautiful experience
I had read a lot of reviews and I was a little nervous is the truth. Because I usually look at the negative ones mostly the recent ones. Anyway. We stayed very happy. The room clean, the staff polite, the food at the restaurant perfect.
The little breakfast wanted more care. It was fine in variety but the fruits were somewhat spoiled. The pool is perfect. I was a little spoiled that it accepts people outside of the hotel and there was a mess but okay that is available to everyone. I would go again anyway and would recommend it to others.
