UNACCEPTABLE

We came for 4 days to rest with my partner, as a place it was very nice quiet but you can't tell the customer about a towel that you spoil and that you wipe your shoes with it (which is not true) we just had a bath with a dirty water due to pressure and many times it didn't even have warm water. You drew a cistern and it was running soooo much at night. You don't attack the customer like that when there is competition nowadays and he leaves you his money, only to be told that they will charge us because they are useless now and they will give us a package for Athens. Something they didn't do to us, but we didn't see the slightest proof that we got what we gave and paid at the accommodation. In the first 2 days they had not come to clean the room...it was dirty. The beds creaked. You really need to work on your behavior and then renovate a few things.

Mixed feelings at the end turning to negative

Let’s start with the good - the room is spacious and the balcony big. It has a small kitchenette and a fridge which helps. That’s it with the positive. The outside of the hotel is very dirty and not taken care off. Same applies for the outside pool area and the kitchen. Food is awful - we did not manage to eat it. With the exemption of one cleaner the owners and the rest of the staff are not polite.

Εξαιρετικο κατάλυμα. Πολύ καλό πρωινό και με ποικιλία, το μενού του είχε πολύ νόστιμα φαγητά. Τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα όπως και η πισίνα και το προσωπικό. Πέρασα πάρα πολύ όμορφα και το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα ξαναπάω πολλές φορές ακόμα!

Τέλειες διακοπές !!!

Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ φιλόξενο περιβάλλον!!! Τα δωμάτια καθαρά και το πρωινό αρκετά ικανοποιητικό ! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα ειδικά για οικογενειακές διακοπές !! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία
