Perfect accommodation in the Old Quarter

The location is terrific. The management were welcoming. Our room, 22, had just been renovated. They have completed half the hotel and will do the rest next low season. The room facilities exceeded our expectations with a small hot plate crockery and cutlery which was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was divine.
There's a bus stop and taxi rank right outside!
We would absolutely stay here again.

Unacceptable

My experience in this particular hotel was disappointing... The room was not cleaned as it should and although I stayed for 8 days there was no change in neither sheets nor towels.. The cleaner never went in to clean, generally the cleaning was inadequate. She didn't even have health paper... The staff was rude and ironic without any willingness to help... and two or three times the door opened in the morning without knocking while we slept... Totally unacceptable and offensive to my privacy ...I would not recommend it.... I would never choose it again... Not meeting basic hospitality standards... If there was the possibility I would put 0 stars..

Lord!!!

We met in Syros for my husband's surgery.
The hotel, decent and comfortable, and Mr. Yiannis (owner) very helpful and friendly!!!
We'll be back!!!!

A very well located budget place with good services and great warmth from its administrators, always willing to advise us.

An enjoyable stay in Syros

A hotel that is a little way/ walk from town. Very clean and the staff are very helpful. There were great restaurants nearby, and we attended a tour through an old textile factory that was amazing.
Also, closeby is the Ferry port, a bakery, and a convenience store.
