Modern, well equipped room with friendly staff and a fantastic location. Included buffet breakfast was a bonus and had great variety. Highly recommend!

This hotel needs major work. It’s smelly, dirty and the air conditioning is nonexistent although they do claim that it works. The staff is very nice and so is the location but there are plenty of other hotel options. If you can, stay away!

I booked a sea view room, jr suite. The room was super tiny barely any room for two people. You can not see the sea at all from this room and there wasn’t even a coffee table. We tried to complain and request an upgrade only to be told nothing available. We left and came to the appolonia

A beautiful hotel in downtown Heraklion. The room was spacious and had a terrace overlooking the harbor. 15 minutes walking to at least 4 great restaurants: Plani, Antipoda, Athali, and Peskesi. Also great rooftop restaurant in hotel. The included breakfast was wonderful. Also all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was lovely. Our room was very spacious with a living area and bathroom (with shower) separated by a door from the bedroom with king size bed and another bathroom (with soaking tub). The only challenging part was parking.We had to illegally park to unload the car and then drive it down to the port parking lot. It was about a five minute walk back to the hotel.
Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side to enjoy the gorgeous spacious balcony that we had overlooking the harbor and the sea.
