The accommodation is excellent! Spotlessly clean, comfortable, in the city center! The owner, in addition to being very sweet and helpful, is a very witty and tasteful person full of kindness! We highly recommend it!

Tempting fail.

Its a big room near the lake of ioannina with quite. Thats all. When i arrived there she tried to put me in a cheaper room with the same price we agreed for the best room she has but after much fight she remembered that i was right....OK!! Is not clean at all, the view is awful from the balcony, Food is bad with very little choices and of course AWFUL staff support!

Cozy and elegant city center hotel

The hotel location is excellent, right by the lake and castle, in a quiet street. Our room was spacious with a small back yard and a huge bathroom. Everything was squeaky clean. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, mostly sweet ones. Room also had a full kitchen which we did not use.

Subtle elegance in Ioannina's Old Town

If you are looking for refined comfort in a quiet part of Ioannina town in a pleasant and luxurious environment, look no further than these superbly furnished rooms and suites a hop, skip and a jump from the trendy Mavillis Square overlooking the serene waters of Lake Pamvotis. Comprising just four individual appartments and a large communal breakfast, meeting, recreation space plus a leafy garden. Villa Vilielmini is heaven away from home.
The two ground floor suites are for couples. The front one looks out onto the pedestrianised Soutsos Street while the rear one looks out onto and has access to the garden. Both are airy, large and comfortable. The best bets are the beds - Coco Mat beds and probably the comfiest beds in Greece. The second floor appartments host up to five people (four is ideal) and have loft bedrooms as well as the master. Again more Coco Mat beds!
All rooms have smart curved TVs with connection to the Internet - YouTube NetFlix etc. Internet boosters send the signal to all parts of the building to ensure good coverage, though the signal does disappear once in a while due to external factors. Breakfast is taken in a large downstairs area with TV and garden access and there are always things to nibble and bite on left out all day.
Comfort and coutured concierge aside, the win-win facto here is location! You are by the lake, restaurants bars and cafés to hand and you ar in the nicest part of town.
