Unmaintained and in need of renovation.

The worst awful place to stay
Pictures on Love holiday is misleading don't go to this hotel ,no value for money , awful place to stay booked for 7 night and stay for 1 night only as was disgusting with everything.
the property owner was not pleasant and not welcoming and very rude man, when you speak to him he reply in a rude way and shout at you .
Booked on April no pool facilities ,no parasols , sun loungers as was describe in the love holiday website .
Extremely weak central building, the whole furniture, kitchenet old from the time of the ancestors, scary place, The shower tub rudimentary one and no hot water . The kitchen as not advertised on love holiday website all accessory plastic smelling kettle , dirty old spoon, two teaspoons cutlery drawer filthy.
Bathroom cabinet was disgusting and electrics shocking (literally). Lamp broken
no shower curtain, old fashion shower.
If you expect to have a double bed forget it ,only two single bed with old fashion cover, Our beds were old wooden ones with a board at bottom of bed so uncomfortable.
No mosquito nets anywhere so at night you are cooped up in a box. After one night sleep we was bits by mosquitoes.
Dogs barking all around at night making it impossible to sleep. Double glazed door held together with duct tape and was a mirror on the wall.
No pool bar
Air con doesn't function for hot or cold air was freezing cold all night and Wi-Fi only work in the patio for few minutes and cuts.
Curtail stick not fix properly to the wall and fall on our head .
TV from the century old ancestor just put as décor as doesn't operate, no Ariel, no connection or Netflix , terrible
When discuss all these issues to property owner , he got aggressive and through us out and lies about the hold thing.
Had to booked another hotel nearby and pay for another 6 days from our own pocket and Love holiday doesn't want to refund or compensate us for all these issues. They pretend that was our fault and nothing was done to rectify the problem .
Don't booked with this Love holiday as they don't care about their customer.

Overvalued, stingy, careless
If you choose hoping that it is a 3 star hotel, it also has breakfast - change your choice !!

Communication with management - execrable. I tried to ask him to give us cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, etc. - "are special requirements, had to be specified at check in"
The wasps but especially the lack of reaction or at least the intention of the hosts to do something
Wifi - terrible
It barely works, very weak in the central building
Otherwise it does not work or extremely weak
Endowments - going back in time.

Poor service
I had to cancel my holiday due to Coronavirus and I asked for my 20% deposit to be refunded. So far all my emails have been ignored and I am still waiting for my refund. Although we have been very understanding we are not in a position to just leave our money with them in the hope if we are ignored long enough then we will go away.

Could do better
We stayed for two weeks at Pegasus apartments, it cost £600 for two weeks including flights so we really did get what we paid for.!
we were told it was going to be a double bed, it wasn’t. Tassos moved us after three days to an apartment with two singles and ancient double hemmed in by three sides!
We had to ask for the pillows to be changed as they stunk and had blood stains on them. Sold as self catering we had to ask for a kettle and a tiny old plastic smelling kettle appeared. The frying pans were beyond usable so we had to buy new, no wooden or plastic spoon ( we bought some) only one breakfast type bowl (we bought some) two teaspoons cutlery drawer filthy.

Lots of hot water though. No where to stand shower head above your head, no shower curtain so whole wet room floods and doesn’t go down the plug hole so mop is provided.
Our beds were old wooden ones with a board at bottom of bed so uncomfortable for tall people and those off us who like to hang our feet over the end. Cats continually coming in and spraying.
No mosquito nets anywhere so at night you are cooped up in a box.
Tassos is helpful but he is doesn’t have a printer for people needing to print their boarding cards.
Pool area the sun bed mattress are very old and need replacing. Although we didn’t go in the pool Tassos cleaned it everyday.
