Amazing hotel with exceptional staff – we can't wait to return!
We have just returned from our first stay at Agrelli Hotel, and it certainly won't be our last. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff made us feel so welcome. They genuinely went above and beyond, especially with our one-year-old son, making our holiday even more special.
A huge thank you to Monica and Maria, who are two of the loveliest, friendliest ladies you could ever meet. They were amazing with our little boy, giving him cuddles, treats, and so much attention that he absolutely adored them! As first-time parents travelling abroad with a toddler, the little things meant so much, like helping us choose the right milk for him from the supermarket and always checking that we had everything we needed.
The ladies on reception were so professional and friendly every time we saw them, our son went so bashful round them! David and George, also absolutely fantastic. I casually mentioned one evening to David that it was a shame the bar didn't serve my favourite drink, and to my complete surprise, the very next day he had stocked the bar with it! I never expected anything like that, and it was such a thoughtful gesture that really shows how much the staff care about their guests. He also always made sure we had a sunbed with an umbrella by the pool so our little one could stay in the shade, which we really appreciated.
The hotel created such a brilliant atmosphere throughout our stay. They showed the England World Cup matches, creating a fun, family-friendly environment where everyone felt welcome. Every single day we were greeted like old friends, and by the end of our holiday it genuinely felt like we'd known the team for years.
The hotel itself is spotless. The gardens are beautifully maintained, with stunning flowers and plants everywhere you look, giving the whole place a peaceful, modern feel. The pool area was always immaculate, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping our room clean throughout our stay. We were also so grateful to be able to pay for a late checkout on our final day because of our late flight and it made our last day so much more relaxed.
The location is perfect too. It's only a short walk to the beach, there's a large supermarket just around the corner, a smaller convenience shop on the other side, and it's an easy stroll into the lovely village of Kardamena with its restaurants, bars and shops.
We honestly couldn't have asked for a better holiday. The kindness, warmth and attention to detail from every member of staff made this a truly memorable trip. We would highly recommend Agrelli Hotel to couples of all ages as well as families with young children.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff
What an amazing hotel with the friendliest staff and owners! I stayed here with my son and parents, and we had the absolute best time. The hotel was incredibly clean and maintained to a very high standard. I highly recommend it—they truly made us feel like it was a home away from home.
My son has a very severe egg allergy, and I was so nervous about traveling abroad, but the team made everything incredibly easy for us. They were so attentive and really put my mind at ease.
The Greek night was fantastic and a absolute must-book! My son completely fell in love with George, David, and Dimitris; he was so sad to say goodbye, but they made his holiday perfect. Thank you all for making his first trip abroad the best experience ever. We hope to see you again soon!

Traditional Greek evening
We stayed at another location near the Agrelli hotel but were recommended to visit for their traditional Greek night which is held on a Monday evening. What a brilliant night!! The evening included a traditional BBQ and drink, which was amazing and so much food. The hotel staff were attentive ensuring everyone was served quickly and always with a smile!The Greek dancers, Zorbas were so good, getting us to join them in their dancing! What a brilliant evening, such good value and well worth booking

Friendly central hotel, few minutes walk to the strip.
Hotel is located at the rear of the resort and is about a 8 minute walk to the strip where a large selection of bars/restaurants can be found. We booked a last minute short break package holiday and stayed in a standard room which was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The pool is quite small and towels were put on them early in the morning to reserve, there a some beds in the garden area but I believe the hotel is renovating over the winter. Music played in the pool bar during the day, the food served at the pool bar is excellent and very good value. The staff are lovely, friendly and owners are hands on, bar open till late and we met lots of people who return year after year to this hotel.
I would recommend hiring a car and heading out to some of Kos' beautiful beaches, parking on the street is not an issue.
