The best place to stay in Karpathos – thanks to Giannis, probably the most attentive host in the world

I have been travelling for many years and have experienced many accommodations – but never before such a host as Giannis. He is truly extraordinary! Always accessible, warm and with a professionalism that is second to none. No matter what the concern is, Giannis takes care of it immediately. Whether it's a taxi to the airport, a tip for excursions or small everyday problems: He always has a solution ready, and in no time.
The accommodation itself is fantastically located, with a breathtaking view of the sea and just a few steps to the beach of Kyra Panagia. Cleanliness, comfort and the tranquility there make the stay perfect.
For me it's clear: If you are travelling to Karpathos and are looking for accommodation with genuine Greek hospitality, you will find it here. Giannis is probably the world’s forerunner when it comes to guest care – and makes your stay unforgettable.
Fully recommended – I will definitely come back!

Completely satisfied and happy!

We can fully recommend the Agnantema Luxury Suites- and especially Giannis as host and contact person.
We were there in June 2025 with our toddler and Giannis provided us for free a cot, a high chair and even an umbrella for the beach. Even a special request he fulfilled us...
The apartment and the whole complex, is really just as nice and clean as in the photos. The accommodation is also cleaned every day and the Nespresso freshly replenished. In the fridge there were also some small surprises when we arrived.
We booked directly on the Agnantema homepage and within minutes we received a reply by email. Everything else was then easily agreed via WhatsApp. It doesn’t get any better. Even a rental car can be booked directly with Giannis (but we didn't do that because we had a car accident just before the holiday and were happy not to have to drive. The beach Kyra Panagia is also so beautiful, we didn't want to leave. For us the walk to the beach was no problem even with baby.)
We felt so comfortable and would definitely come back. Thanks Giannis, it was really exceptional, we are already looking forward to the next visit!

Beautiful view, but.....

we stayed at the top apartment ( No 1 ). The view is beautiful and we had 2 terraces. It's not an apartment but really a studio. The complex has no studio with a separate bedroom, it's all in 1 space, except the bathroom. It was for us a bit disappointed that there was only 3 restaurants.so if you stay for 2 weeks, it does not work for us. If you want to dine in Karpathos town, you drive for 30 mins, and that in the dark with a dangerous road is no option. For supermarket and fresh bread you drive also to town. Not worth repeating.

Very fine suites for relaxation and unpretentious comfort

A very fine place, at a stunning location overlooking the bay Kyra Panagia. The rooms were spacious, decorated with taste
I loved the comfordable bed and the veranda. After spending the day by the water, I was looking forward to relaxing on one of the chaise lounges, enjoying the view and the changing colors on the rocks of the canyon.
