This is a horrible experience. The sink got blocked from the first use, the shower got blocked, and water leaked everywhere in the room. It was very dirty, and nobody came to clean or bring new towels. There was no pathway to enter the apartments, and the customer service was very rude.

The internet connection was very poor, but there might be a general infrastructure issue in Polychrono, as the mobile service provider wasn’t good either. The rooms with balconies and sea views are very nice, while the ones facing inward may not feel spacious. There isn’t much to do within the property itself; the kitchen equipment in the rooms could have been better, and the bathroom should have had better amenities. Access to the sea is very easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. There could have been a larger wardrobe in the room. There is no permanent reception desk at the property—you communicate via phone.

Poor experience

I have been in polychrono 4 times but this was very disappointing. The construction was new but not well maintained and equipped. It was quiet, near to the beach. The kitchen was not really kitchen. No frying pans or bowls for milk with cereal. The apartment was not very clean. The bathroom is small and the cabin shower and Wc was dirty. The cleaning service was done after 15:00, time that you need to rest. Beside the location, the apartment was no comfortable for familied.

Not comfortable for long stay.

We spent 10 days in the 2nd floor with my family. The apartment is quite small for 4 people. The windows have no mosquito net and the sun is in your room since 6 a.m. The room where is the double bed is very hot and the bed was not comfortable. The room was not clean, toilet and cabin shower very dirty. The cleaning ladies did not clean the bathroom and the room even after a week. I requested to the ladies to clean the bathroom but did not happen. They change only the towels and sheets. Even that we wrote to the manager/owner, there was no one interested regarding the issue of the cleaning.
