A place that cannot be missed!!!
Very nice villa, very nice surroundings and wonderful host! Sea is very close (1-2 minutes walking).
If you are looking for a quite place with green garden and large barbecue zone, this is the place!
Morning coffee was delicious on the terrace.
Jacuzzi is perfect in the morning to fresh up for a day full of sun on the beach.
Parking place made us confident that car is safe.
Even if this place has several reviews (maybe because is new building), believe that is better that in pictures!!!
I strongly recommend it!

We had a great time!
An amazing place to spend the summer with your friends, the staff was really nice and friendly. The villas are less than 100m from the beach. Also the garden is beautiful with a big BBQ area.

Worth the visit
Wasn’t totally sure when I booked the place because I couldn’t find many reviews online, as the venue is newbuilt, so I hope I will help some others with my review.
TL;DR:
You definitely get what you pay for.
The long story:
There are 4 houses built on the central road of the 1st leg of Chalkidiki. So it’s easily accessible and all the interesting places of the “glamorous” area of Chalkidiki are nearby (imho Afytos totally worth a visit).
The whole complex is new so you always have a sense of freshness. There is private parking for the visitors and chargers for EV cars, which are free of charge (very important)
All the houses have a private jacuzzi and a private terrace + garden with table and chairs, pillow lounge chairs and extra sunbeds.
There is also a big shared garden with one small and one big table which are equipped with a Gas BBQ that any visitor can use.
From the garden there is a path that leads directly to the beach. About 80 meters (~2 minutes on foot). When you arrive at the beach, there is a free beach in front of you, if you are the “my tent and umbrella” type of person, but in your left side there is also an organized beach bar, with lounge music.
Very positive (and really unusual) that there was free WiFi with speed of more than 40mbps, so a few Zoom calls I had, run smoothly.
My house had 2 TVs on each floor, 2 bathrooms, 2 A/Cs, an espresso machine with free capsules, plates, glasses, toaster, and a refrigerator (where I kept my fruits)
Also very important that they offer all the necessities upon arrival (slippers, towels, shower gel, shampoo etc)
My first stay left me with no complaints, so if I visit the area again, I will surely check if there is a free room there.

One of best holidays experience in my life......
I spent almost one week in this very nice and very confortable residence (Luxury villas) with my family ( 4 persons) and everything was perfect. You may enjoy the fantastic atmosphere of the place in a very reserved and relaxed way. The complex is made of 4 two floors villas , with private garden and "open space" to get barbecue with other guests or your freinds. The garden in front our villa and in the part shared with others guest was extremely well kept. The Jacuzzi bath was perfectly working and we enjoyed it almost every evening before the dinner. The Villas were clean , the bathroom with shower was working properly and the bath towels changed regorlarly . The small kitchen corner was very useful in case you need to prepare some quick lunch and the Nespresso cafè machine was highly appreciated , allowing us to get a good coffe at any time. You can park your car inside the complex and keep it safe. The wi fi is free and with good signal in all the complex. Everythig written on the web site or on Booking web site about the services and facilities of the villas is real and fully matching your expectations. A free beach is very close ( about 80 mt) and if you need a more exclusive beach structure, with proper sun umbrellas and sun beds, you just need to walk for 100 mt and enjoy the atmoshpere of the Villas beach. Concluding , a wonderful place to recommend and to come back for holidays and other special occasions.

Η καλύτερη επιλογή διαμονής στην Χαλκιδική
Καταπληκτικό νεόδμητο οίκημα από βίλες στο πρώτο πόδι της Χαλκιδικής!
Η βίλα που μείναμε (δυο άτομα) είχε όλα τα κομφόρ και αυτό που μου έκανε εντύπωση ήταν το ποσό πρακτικά δομημένος ήταν ο χώρος. Πολύ προσεγμένη δουλειά.
Στα συν η καθημερινή καθαριότητα του χώρου.
Σίγουρα αν ξαναβρεθω στην Χαλκιδική, θα το επιλέξω για τη διαμονή μου.
