Two-day school trip

Very nice hotel in central point of the city!!!The owners showed great understanding, were very helpful and polite. Rich breakfast and clean rooms. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for accommodation in Kastoria.

Only 4 star hotel is not that!

Miserable facilities and unacceptable quality – away!
My stay at this hotel was a real odyssey. The room was in a tragic condition and full of serious functional problems,although in the photos it looks beautiful.
The air conditioner made such a loud noise that you thought a Boeing 747 was taking off, making sleep impossible. The refrigerator was completely broken and while I marked it I was supposed to solve the problem because it was easy as I was told, for two days I had no refrigerator because they never made it. The layers of the beds were damaged—especially the one drowned in the foot. On the walls there was visible mold in various places, while the room was filled with insects, mostly with large spiders. In the bathroom, the shower was in such a mess that the water ran uncontrollably right and left.
As for breakfast, it was extremely cheap and of poor quality, with obviously low-cost bakeries from Lidl, which definitely do not correspond to 4-star hotel services.
Positive is only the location if you want to be in the center in 1 minute.

For the paparazzi

We arrived at the hotel tonight and we have made our pumpkins spot because we can't go to the reception because of a bucket to get an honorable water. The smart guy who looks like Wally at the front desk doesn't let us buy any drinks. Our throat has faded like a dry jaw after a winter exit. Our pets gargling the chucuni without touching us

Very pleased with the stay!

Excellent hotel!!Very welcoming staff, nice breakfast, very clean rooms, comfortable and warm!In the days we stayed there was an extra Christmas menu that delighted us with the children's meals. It has a bar from morning till late at night and a nice place where you can drink your coffee and still have lunch!

Very nice area and the world very pleasant.

Very good, and clean hotel.The breakfast was full.The staff and this very pleasant and superb.They are very close to the shops.We stayed for three days.Our only problem was the parking position because we moved regularly and we did not find when we returned to the parking lot.
