Miraluna family friendly
Lovely resort, give thanks to catering team food was amazing I'm a picky eater and there was a good variety every day, front of house all very friendly greated with a smile every time, all of the staff at the resort were very kind and helpful, no loud music in the early hours stopped about 10.30, 11pm very good if you have a young family too lots for them to do with the entertainment, even tho we didn't because we are older, we go home tomorrow but we recommend this resort

Disappointing resort
Huge hotel complex giving a feel of space and not overcrowded but not close to much within walking distance. This is very much not a four star hotel and doesn’t have all the facilities it advertises.
Despite paying for an upgraded deluxe room there was little of note that would remotely pass as deluxe, particularly the bathroom, that could do with a complete refurb.
Rooms weren’t cleaned every day and towels were changed once in a week.
The food is mediocre at best with the exception of the gyros and pizza stations.
Visitors are given the opportunity to book one of the two more premium restaurants once during a week long stay although all drinks need to be paid for including water when dining here (despite paying for all inclusive hotel).
Overall the hotel is ok if you can get a cheap deal and you are very aware that it’s more of a three star experience. Maybe a better place to visit early in the season when presumably less sunbeds are broken and you don’t need to be up at dawn to get one.

10/10 holiday
Very nice place. Drinks were not free in the exclusive restaurants.
Andrew the reception man was class
The bar brothers were very nice and very quick at making drinks
The gyros and pizza was really nice

Excellent value with few minor flaws
We saw many mixed reviews prior to coming here and wanted to contribute our experience to give some balance. First the hotel - it’s vast and spread over a large plot with some rooms up steep hills and stairs so bear this in mind as there are many ground floor rooms.
The staff are incredibly friendly and professional - there wasn’t one member of staff who wasn’t kind or helpful.
The food was excellent - a large variety at every meal time. The gyros station was fab - very tasty! As were the pizza slices !
We had family garden room in block 700. It consisted of two rooms which was quite cramped, however it was clean despite being basic and perfectly functional. The bathroom however was not. The only way to shower was a shower hose attached from the bath which was absolutely tiny and the shower curtain stuck to you while you were showering meaning after every shower it leaked water all over the floor. My husband is 6ft2 and found it frustrating and a challenge. It desperately need to be upgraded to something more functional. In its current state it is unacceptable.
The second issue was the lack of sunbeds, which many people have mentioned. There is not enough beds for the number of guests meaning guests have to set an alarm to be able to relax by the pool during the day. This is also unacceptable when management are clearly aware of the issue and have not done anything.
Those two issues did not ruin our holiday. We had an absolutely fabulous time! Our room was clean, had cocktails at sunset overlooking the sea and the whole holiday was fabulous!!
The entertainment on an evening was fabulous too! Our best evening was the Greek BBQ on the Sunday. It’s completely free and was excellent!! Greek dancers and a Greek band were great!!
Overall it was excellent value for money and we would definitely consider going again if we upgraded our room.
