BEST HOTEL STAY IN KOS TOWN EVER!!

I have been visiting Kos ever since I was a baby every summer - that makes it 50 consecutive years - and stayed in many different hotels. That changed ever since I stayed in Achilleas Hotel & Apartments ten years ago. This is an amazing place to stay in an excellent location in Kos town port with an amazing sea view, very clean and spacious fully equipped apartments, managed by an awesome, extremely kind and helpful landlord. There is everything you could possibly ask for around, beach front, shops, coffee places, restaurants, clubs, pubs. Within 5 minutes walking from town center. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

It was me and a friend of mine by chance in this place and I must say that the following nights we always went here! Cocktails great friendly staff , live music , local beautiful design, definitely a stop to be congratulated

Great spot, easy to walk everywhere , great host very helpful

Paris was the excellent host and very helpful.
Rooms were comfy and clean and all floors are wheelchair accessible with an elevator
Right next to the port for international ferries (with the one with customs not the ones working nationwide )
We did not used but they also have a safety locker service for everyone.

Comfortable!

Structure chosen because it is close to the port and also to the castle. Bathroom to be renovated.
For the rest, we are satisfied with the convenience and kindness of the owner.
Possibility to leave your luggage.
In the street there is the port where ships leave for Bodrum. Shops and restaurants. All that you need.

Omophobic and racist place

The owner of this place is racist and omophobic. I was there for one night. He saw my black gay friend staying with me and he insulted us, than he said that african people should not come to Greece because they bring coronavirus. He blocked us in his office in Achilleas appartament in Kos, telling that he would have called the police (but police didn't come of course) and avoiding us to leave. He let us free only after I asked for emergency help to the Italian embassy in Greece and to the Kos police department. horrible experience. fortunately, every greek persone is not like him. i will report him to the authorities and make a complaint with Booking.com that suggested the accomodation. i think he is a dangerous person. we were really scared and it have been terribile. i'm sad and very disappointed because he ruined our last day of holidays.
