Great Hotel
Great Hotel
Myself and my husband just got back from a lovely week at this hotel. We took our four-year-old and our six month old.
After seeing some reviews previously, we were a little bit nervous. However, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel.
Our room was lovely and a cot was provided. The room was cleaned every day and we were provided with a fresh towels. We never had any ants in our room, which is a comment that I’ve seen from previous people. However, they were about outside, this is from my experience abroad very common. It never affected anything that we did.
All staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the entertainment staff. Marvin was brilliant and my son absolutely loved him.
We found the food to be tasty and we were very satisfied. Fresh salad, meat, cheeses and fruit every day.
Freshly made pancakes and omelettes in front of you in the morning.
We never ever struggled to find something that we liked. The selection of food was brilliant and even included sushi.
One of the reviews I previously read was that they have pre-mixed cocktails however this isn’t what I experience each cocktail that I had was freshly made.
If I had any gripe It would be that the laundry service was very expensive.

Lovely mum and daughter time
Emily and katerina gave a wonderful massages to myself and my daughter. My 7 year old loved her first massage - a kids chocolate massage. I had a lovely back and shoulder massage. Fabulous experience.

Wonderful and relaxing massage
I had a wonderful massage with Emilly. It was incredibly relaxing, and she perfectly tailored the massage to my individual needs. I felt completely relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Thank you, Emilly! I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

HONEST REVIEW
Very disappointing experience — poor service and serious food concerns
We booked this hotel through TUI. Although the hotel itself was nice, unfortunately the experience with some of the staff was extremely disappointing.
From the moment we arrived, we felt that some members of staff were rude and treated us as though we had not paid for our stay, despite the fact that everything had been booked and paid for. The way we were spoken to and treated was unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable.
The situation became even more serious when one member of staff made what we felt was a racist comment. When we raised our concerns with the receptionist, they apologised and said, “We always experience this with some guests.” Rather than making us feel reassured, this response made the situation feel even worse. We expect every guest to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background.
The food was another major disappointment. We are vegetarian, yet we found chicken pieces in rice that was labelled as vegetarian. This is extremely concerning, particularly for guests who rely on food labels for dietary or religious reasons. It suggests that there is a serious lack of care and proper management when it comes to food preparation and labelling.
The drinking water arrangement was also disappointing. For a family of three, we were given only one bottle of water to share and were then expected to repeatedly refill it using filtered water. This was not what we expected from the hotel and did not feel like an acceptable standard of service.
Overall, while the hotel itself was nice, the poor attitude of some staff, the experience we had regarding the racist comment, the incorrectly labelled vegetarian food and the water arrangements completely affected our holiday.
There are much better hotels where guests are treated with respect and where dietary requirements are taken seriously. We would strongly encourage TUI and the hotel management to investigate these issues and improve staff training, food labelling and the overall standard of guest service.
