Nice staff, great location. The only bad thing was the shower and bathroom. They were much older than the pictures. It didn't disaffect our holiday because we only stayed two nights but a little update on the bathrooms would be great.

Bad

A business that was taken over by 30 sports fans and we could never get help with sound. It's clear why it's bad. There is still a lot to say, but I only give 1 star and pass.

Check in was by phone call and we did not have mobile coverage lucky the wifi password was posted and we could use WhatsApp. Fridge did not work and was hot to touch other than that things were fine

Studio was very dated & no glamour here, but as expected for the price.
We booked for the location, to walk a few minutes to start a boat trip from Kos, so it worked for that as were staying at the far end of the island for the rest of the week.
Clean (decent bedding & towels) & reception person was pleasant; just a shame there’s only someone there for an hour after checkin (til 4pm) but after calling the number of the front door, he came quickly to check us in.
Amazing restaurant Giameze is one street back, which we found by accident, so would recommend this place if you’re on a budget or have an early boat trip & don’t need any frills.
Don’t confuse with their sister hotel, as we needed a taxi from there to get to the right place (apartments).

For one night you adapt

The property would also have potential, the apartments are large, with the terrace and the location is great near the ferry port and the center of Kos, but in a quiet side street.
Unfortunately, however, the structure is old and no one does maintenance since the air conditioning is broken, the bathroom drain makes a tremendous noise, the shutters do not close and everything is pretty decadent.
For a passing night you can adapt, but nothing more.
