The best staff!

The nicest staff one can imagine! It is also very close to the port and with a nice view from the hotel. Can recommend! Very nice staff

Economical hotel close to domestic ferry

Reasonably priced, clean, convenient to the domestic ferries. The area is not attractive and smells of diesel so there is no point to the balconies. We left too early for the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. If you walk north for a while, you will come to a charming park like area with restaurants and a pedestrian mall that appears to be geared toward locals. Really a nice change from the area around the hotel. If you are taking the ferry to Italy, the terminal is a long walk from the hotel. The reception staff at the hotel is a bit haphazard. In the end they seem to get the job done, but it can be anxiety provoking. Final word of advice: do not under any circumstance use the room safe. You have been warned.

Great stopping point.

Comfortable hotel for a quick overnight stay in Igoumenitsa. Opposite the harbour, 5 minutes walk from the centre. Staff very courteous, clean and functional. Great breakfast.

Very nice hotel but they wanted to charge me more

I was in Igumenitsa as I was called a deputy and had to come immediately to find a home to stay. I got a call asking if there was availability the next day and my employee said yes. Just told him that I have social tourism coupons he told me that the extra charge of the customer with breakfast is 22,5 euros per day, while at the sit says 6 euros per day with breakfast!!!! Having no choice with the coupons I wanted to take advantage of since they existed, I said yes. We arrived at the room in the evening and at the reception was a very courteous lady who noticed that our reservation did not exist (?) , but told us that there is availability and informed us about the charge of ours which was 6 euros a day!!! Finally we left a day earlier as we immediately found home and when it was time to leave the morning receptionist (with whom we also spoke on the phone from what I understood) asked us for money which corresponded to 22,5 per day in the negotiation that was made by phone. I explained to him what we had said with the girl the night of arrival and he told us, another deal we made on the phone together. I told him that I did not understand the different charge and that there was a charge of 6 euros in the Seat and I told him that I would pay the amount he wanted but I would pay by card to get a receipt. When I told him about the card, he said okay give me so much money (the equivalent of 6 euros a day) apparently not satisfied at all and even quite upset. Fortunately I probably managed to save 40 euros which I do not know where they would end up if they left me....
However, the room was very clean and had a very beautiful view! (Rich and nice breakfast as well.)

Good only downtown/port location

We stayed one night at this hotel for convenience as it is located in front of the port; otherwise non-soundproof room and bad view at the back of the hotel. Allow me to make a report to the structure as found shower towel extremely dirty and unusable. We did not mention this as we noticed it when leaving the hotel using both the other towel. Receipt of stay was not provided at Check-out.
