It feels like “coming home”

Family hotel where you will be welcomed personally. Hostess and all the staff helpful and very friendly.
Previously made agreements related to room are kept. Breakfast with fresh produce, varied and more than adequate. Coffee is delicious. Pool is a plus, good sun loungers and very quiet.
This is a real pampering stay and I have already booked back for the autumn.

Beyond our expectations.. super...

One from outside a.nice hotel. Inside real Greek coziness through the insertion or through the friendliness at reception to the people who piss there. Room was slightly dated but really clean. Pool view with large balcony room 305.
Breakfast was delicious and every morning always alternating something really Greek even home made.

Beautiful

“Our 3-day stay at this Crete hotel was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
We were delighted by the welcome which was perfect and very warm.
The hotel is exemplaryly clean, the cleaning was done every day with special attention to detail, including daily renewal of all toiletries.
The pool is a real asset, always very clean and inviting.
Every morning the Cretan breakfast was a pure delight, perfect and very hearty, offering an excellent start to the day.
A highlight of our stay was the excellent advice of the owner to discover the best restaurants in the area, allowing us to taste authentic Cretan cuisine.
It is a real haven of peace where everything is designed for the comfort of guests and for an immersion in the local culture.
We will return without hesitation!”

Unrestrictedly recommended!

Friendly welcome at the hotel, we could stay our room on the 4th floor. Move to the same floor (lift from the 2nd floor Floor, many steps!). Rooms sufficiently large, unfortunately as almost everywhere too few possibilities to hang clothes, towels etc. The closet was very high but narrow - rather too small for a longer stay. Great towels in the bathroom, very fluffy and thick - you would not expect from the hotel category. In the room there was an electric kettle, tea and coffee and a refrigerator. A small safe was housed in the wardrobe.
Breakfast was great, every day new little things, fruit salad, various confectionery, good coffee - we didn't miss anything. In fine weather you can enjoy this on the terrace.
We would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness of the boss and the carpenters, we liked this very much. Our wish to change the room after the first night due to noisy upper tenant was met - we were allowed to move to the 5th and thus top floor and had our peace there. The pool area was very well maintained and clean, you can also sit there with several people and cater for yourself. We can only recommend the place and would definitely choose it again if we come back to Agia Galini.
The place is recommended as a starting point for various hiking tours or simply to relax on the beach.

Lovely small scale hotel

Nice hotel not far from the center and the beach. The service is very friendly. The hotel room (renovated) was small but very clean. Nice shower, good WiFi, small fridge and great beds. Breakfast, the only meal, was simple but totally fine. The pool is small but lovely and with plenty of shade. On departure day you must be out of your room by 12:00. You can take a shower in a separate shower later if necessary and you can use the hotel towels. All in all a nice small-scale hotel.
