Everything was just right! Almost perfect!
What a beautiful location, a beautiful house and super friendly staff.
The atmosphere was just great, breakfast of your choice every day (with an iPad to order the day before including time) and every day your entire home was cleaned including new towels. A hotel experience in a villa.
The owner is super friendly and attentive and had the best tips for us in terms of beaches and restaurants and she even made all the reservations for us.
If we can mention a small minus point it is the eviction of the kitchen (few well sharp knives and some more pans) and I missed a separate toilet, you always had to go to one of both bathrooms in the bedrooms. But with all this, it was definitely worth repeating!

Our stay at Epiphany Villas in Tsoukalades was truly unforgettable.
After a long journey, we arrived tired and were warmly welcomed at the gate by Stella. Her kindness and wonderful energy immediately made us forget the road.
From the moment we entered the villa, we realized that this was not an ordinary holiday accommodation. Every detail was carefully thought out, the interior was beautifully designed, and the level of cleanliness was exceptional. As the quiet of the evening settled over the villa, everything felt peaceful, private, and almost dreamlike.
A special mention must go to Stella, an exceptional host. Knowing that we would arrive late, she had thoughtfully prepared dinner for us — a gesture we will never forget. She is warm, professional, always smiling, and a genuinely interesting person to talk to. She made us feel truly welcome while giving us all the information and recommendations we needed.
Epiphany Villas is much more than a beautiful place to stay. It is an experience of peace, comfort, privacy, and genuine hospitality.
I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special stay in Lefkada. We would return without hesitation.

Beautifully presented villa, incredible views, pristine pool, and very comfortable settings. Close drive to town and beaches. Stella was incredibly welcoming and responsive to all of our needs. The breakfasts were varied and tasty. Would happily stay here again.

We stayed at Epiphany Villas in September, and it has taken me some time to write this review simply because no words feel quite good enough to capture how extraordinary our stay was and I wanted to do it justice. This place is truly magical.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfectly thought-through. The villa itself is stunning—beautifully designed, luxurious yet calming, with every detail curated to create a sense of peace. The views are breathtaking at all hours of the day; we found ourselves constantly stopping just to take them in. The pool was kept at the most perfect temperature and became our favourite place to relax. I’d initially been a little concerned about the proximity of neighbouring houses, but it turned out to be absolutely no issue at all—the villa feels wonderfully private and serene.
Breakfast was one of the great joys of our trip. Stella and Yulia were exceptional in every possible way. They took such gentle, thoughtful care of us—bringing extra treats and homemade cakes, remembering what we liked, and always greeting us with warmth and kindness. They transformed each morning into something special. The iPad booking system worked seamlessly and made everything effortless.
If I had to mention one tiny negative, it would only be the wasps—but this is simply nature doing its thing, and it didn’t take away from the experience at all.
Epiphany Villas is far more than just a beautiful place to stay—it’s a place that stays with you. The team deserves full marks for creating something so memorable and so flawlessly run. We left already planning our return.

The stay at the Epiphany villas was amazing. The villa was absolutely gorgeous with with amazing amenities, and amazing pool, the food was fantastic, the service was outstanding, and any questions we had Stella answered very quickly. The app we got to use for pre-ordering breakfast, choosing pillows, finding beaches and restaurants was awesome. I would highly recommend a stay here.
