An amazing room, with excellent sea view on a quiet location on the best seaside village of Lefkada
Amazing sea view even from your bed.
Excellent quality throughout the entire facility, not only in construction materials but also in ergonomics and accessibility. It is very clear that the owner had a very high level of aesthetics.
It is a very quiet and relaxing area only 5 minutes' walk from the center.
Very friendly and helpful hotel manager. Also, all the staff is very friendly.
An ideal location for your morning run.
One of the top beaches on the island is just a couple of kilometers away.
There is a very beautiful private beach just below the facility with free canoes to use. Free bicycles were also available.
Whenever we are in Lefkada again, this is the place we will stay.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DO NOT STAY HERE
False advertisement.
1. There is a parking space for each unit. We booked 2 units, there should be 2 corresponding parking places. In one of our 2 parking places there was a boat. (The owner is using that space for their boat is what the Manager told us.)
2. No hot water. After 1 shower, the 2nd shower ran out of hot water. Manager claimed that the solar powered hot water had a backup electric unit which would restore the hot water within 20 minutes. This never happened. It is now 5 hours later, no hot water.
3. No WiFi. One of 2 units, has no internet connection at all. There was no equipment piece in that unit. The other unit extremely weak connection of .05 mps, so weak as to be non-existent. Incapable of transmitting any Netflix at all. Will not connect to Netflix. The internet speed is so slow nothing loads. (The Manager told us that they were testing new equipment. Why would they test a new system and not make sure that it is working before renting the units?)
4. The Manager offered no solution to the above issues. In fact, the Manager scoffed at the parking places point. We paid for 2 units, 2 parking places. Each unit has a corresponding parking place.
5. I would never recommend this place. If a Zero or below number was available, I would give a negative number review.

Disappointing Stay - Not as Advertised- Don't go there!!!
We took two rooms and We ended up leaving a day early, even though we paid for two nights, as we simply couldn't stand the conditions any longer. To make matters worse, the owner never apologized or acknowledged the issues we faced. This was a huge letdown, and I would not recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, comfortable experience.
