Fabulous

We spent 11 nights there with my partner and my two boys, 16 years old and 11 years old, we were amazed by the cleanliness of this hotel.
We had a pool-view room that was wonderful, the rooms were extremely clean, the housekeepers do an extraordinary job, every day outside, maintenance men are cleaning too. To tell the truth, I didn't have much to complain about regarding this hotel, located in Kavos, far from the street, so festive, an extremely quiet hotel, perfect bedding.
A small downside regarding the half-board, we adults enjoyed it, my two boys a little less as good French people, loving good food, pasta was a regular staple for my teens.
I recommend

Try to look to book a hotel in north of island!

Travelled as a family with two kids one of 6 and the other 9, the hotel is a 8 mark out of 10. We had breskfast and dinner included. The breakfast could be better in adding every morning pancakes and orher varieties, the dinner was mediocre also. The coffe at the breakfast - horrible (artificial powder not real coffe), I had to pay for coffe at the bar 2,5€ but made it verry small!
I liked verry much the pool wich was clean and warm watter.
The beach in Kavos is the ugliest beach I have ever seen!! Bad kept by the local autorities, dirty and full of algye. The best beaches of Corfu are in the North-west of island and to fet there by car (aprox 60km) it take you 2h and 30 minutes trip due to the horrible roads!!
Kavos location is full of young drunk english and irish teenagers at night wich is a dangerous place to be at.
For ronanians who whould like to come here.. Kavos is like “Vama veche” in the 2000’!

Not suitable for young people or anyone wanting to enjoy the nightlife

If you’re young or planning to enjoy the nightlife, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Throughout our stay, we constantly felt uncomfortable and as though we were being watched and judged rather than welcomed.
We were later told by a member of staff that this was a “family hotel”, yet this was never made clear when we booked. Had this been advertised from the outset, we would have chosen accommodation that better suited the type of holiday we were planning.
Costas, in particular, was rude, confrontational and patronising. We were spoken to aggressively after two friends walked us back to the hotel and were told, “I didn’t charge you a deposit because you told me you were good girls.” We found this comment completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
I was also told off simply for returning to the hotel wearing a bikini while walking back to my room. I wasn’t causing a disturbance or behaving inappropriately, yet I was made to feel embarrassed and judged. No one else was around other than myself and my friend.
The hotel also has a long list of rules and expensive fines, but these were hidden away in a drawer rather than being clearly displayed or explained during check-in. It feels unfair to expect guests to follow rules they haven’t been properly made aware of.
Another disappointing rule was that no outside food or drinks were allowed in the rooms. We booked a half-board stay, and there wasn’t even an all-inclusive option available, so this restriction felt unreasonable. Guests should be able to bring back their own snacks or drinks without worrying about breaking hotel rules.
Another issue was being woken at around 7am by cleaners shouting outside our room, which certainly didn’t make for a relaxing holiday.
The food was bland, repetitive and lacked variety throughout our stay.
The location is good, but unfortunately the customer service overshadowed everything else. We left feeling unwelcome rather than valued as guests.
If this is intended to be a family-focused hotel, that should be made clear when booking so younger travellers and those visiting a party destination like Kavos can make an informed choice. Based on our experience, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Familiar, rest good quality price

Very quiet hotel, fantastic pool, friendly rooms, meals without exaggeration but always tasty. Only should have more variety of fruit.Funcionarios (few) that divide into several tasks, but that never lose the sympathy and professionalism.
It is located 3m walk from the confusion but you can not hear anything.Absolute rest. The beach of Kavos is of the least interesting, but with a car we managed to take advantage of the island.

Wonderful.

We were greeted with kindness at reception and check-in was also carried out in advance. Great clean large and quiet room with new bathroom and TV climate. The pool was lovely in fact in the evening you dined by the pool by candlelight. Great breakfast plentiful salty and sweet. Country very popular with young super with disco bars pizzerias restaurants bowling piano bar and disco. The costs to the sea for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella was around 10 euros very honest I must say that there are many markets at affordable prices x drinks. I recommend renting a small car because the most beautiful and breezy beaches are on the northwest side. They are 40 km from the village and it takes 1 hour and a half because the roads are few and very busy with tourists. Be careful at intersections that are not marked. Visit old Corfu is wonderful.

Very good location
