The best in the Pozars!

We visited 4 people (2 double) this particular hotel on April 22, '25 and we were completely satisfied. Anastasia welcomed us with a smile and gave us all the information we asked about the accommodation, but also about the area (baths, infrastructure, food, etc.). First he gave us a larger and better room than what we had booked, guided us on what the hotel offers (pools, jacuzzi etc.) and also gave us as many towels as we wanted to use in the Pozar baths.
The rooms and bathrooms were perfect, the accommodation quiet and with a fantastic view (Oh how beautiful to see from your bed the snowy mountain) and the breakfast was something else (cakes, james, croissants, all from the hands of Anastasia's mother, as we learned).
We highly recommend this hotel!

Satisfied

We went to the hotel on the 3rd day of Lights and our experience was pleasant. Our room had a fireplace, it worked perfectly. The breakfast was satisfying, while the spa was relaxing. Although there are small details that could be improved to make the hotel truly perfect, we would choose it again.

Disappointing

We visited this particular hotel to enjoy a relaxing weekend because of the amenities it promises to offer. Unfortunately we stayed only one night of the two we had originally closed as the owner did not seem at all willing to fix the problems we mentioned to him after the first night of our stay. The fireplace was not possible to light as the lighters and flames there were so moist that they went out immediately. In addition, the TV had no signal and only received 3 channels. While we were initially excited about the bathroom, the disappointment came soon when the whole room was flooded with a quick shower and we tried to gather the water with the towels so they didn’t come out into the room space. We did not even mention to the owner our inconvenience about the fact that the room was not as shown in the photos, the lack of lamps inside the room, the uncomfortable bed as well as the fact that we killed 5 bats we found on towels and pillows. After all this inconvenience that we referred to the owner the next morning, he showed no intention to justify or correct the situation. His answer was that with 90€ we booked a room with breakfast and fireplace and access to a spa which we did not use as it closed a short time after our arrival. We felt the least deceived when we paid 90€ and were not given what they promised. I would not recommend it to anyone at this price and especially for the dealing and apathy of the owner.
