A very enjoyable and relaxing stay

We stayed here for 10 days in a suite with a private pool. The accommodation is spacious and spread over two floors, offering plenty of room to relax.
Do note that the location involves a lot of steps and hilly walkways, so it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Once there, however, the setting is very attractive. Upstairs there is a comfortable bedroom with ample storage space, although the marble stairs are quite sharp and feel a little unforgiving.
The bathroom is spacious with a good, modern shower. The living area is also generous in size, with effective air conditioning, a small fridge, and a TV that allows easy streaming. WiFi is available but can be inconsistent at times.
Outside, there is a shaded seating area, a small private pool, and two sunbeds with a parasol. Everything was clean and well maintained.
A standout feature is the property’s app system, which works very well. Through it, you can access all information and even order food and drinks, which are then delivered directly to your suite.
Breakfast was good, with a fresh and decent variety, and there was always plenty of seating available. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and any issue we had—such as a minor problem with the shower—was resolved immediately.
Parking is easy, with plenty of available spaces. Piskopiano and Koutouloufari are within walking distance (around 10 minutes uphill) for restaurants and evening drinks, while Hersonissos is also about a 10-minute walk downhill.
There are a few minor points for improvement: towels are changed after every third day, toiletries (shampoo and shower gel) and tea are only provided once on arrival (we did ask), some areas seldom get cleaned in the shower (some mold and calcium), and some furniture and roll curtains dont open or close properly, which does reduce the sense of luxury.
But overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and well suited for a relaxed holiday.

It was an ok stay with room for improvement

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and really appreciated that we were personally shown to our room. We stayed in the maisonette near the main pool. At first sight, the room looked perfectly fine and we had a pleasant stay. The room could use a fresh coat of paint in some places, but overall it was comfortable and perfectly suitable for our stay.
One thing we found disappointing was the towel and linen service. We initially expected fresh towels more regularly, but later found out that new towels and linen are provided every three days. Unfortunately, the linen was never changed during our stay. We also did not have a small towel in the bathroom for drying our hands. When we asked about this, someone from management explained that there had been an issue with the laundry and told us that we would receive the towels the following day. Unfortunately, we never received them.
The location itself is good, but I would recommend considering this if you have difficulty walking or are less mobile. There is quite a lot of climbing and walking uphill every day!
The breakfast is not bad at all, but at €18 per person per day, we felt it was a little expensive for what was offered. Either a slightly lower price or a more extensive breakfast would make it feel more worthwhile.
Another thing we found quite difficult was the 10:00 AM check-out time. Our flight was not until 8:45 PM, so having to leave the hotel at 10:00 AM meant we had a very long day with nowhere to properly relax or freshen up. We understand that check-out times are necessary, but it would be great if the hotel could show a little more flexibility, especially for guests with late flights.
That said, the service from the staff was lovely. Everyone working at the bar, in the restaurant and at the reception/service desk was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. They really made us feel welcome and were definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
A few suggestions for improvement:
* Extend the check out time from 10 to 12
* Provide small towels for guests to dry their hands in the bathroom.
* Change the bed linen at least once during a 7-day stay.
* Consider changing towels every two days.
* Either lower the breakfast price slightly or make the breakfast more extensive.
* Give the maisonettes near the main pool a little refresh with some painting and maintenance.
We hope the hotel will take some of these suggestions into consideration. A little more attention to the rooms, towel and linen service, breakfast pricing and flexibility with late check-outs would make the experience even better. Sometimes it is the small things and a little bit of thinking along with the guests that make a big difference.

For season doable.

Let's start with a minus.
Faltering wifi inside and out.
All apartments and rooms had a kitchen considering we had a Suite we also expected to have a kitchen unfortunately only a very small rickety fridge where there was not even a freezer compartment. Missed opportunity.( The inventory list does not mention that there is a kitchen this was only my expectation. Noisy. Noises from neighbors radio / talking inside and outside. Kids dispute out of the pool.
Pool is not heated very cold in for season.
In the breakfast room, babies are breastfed , not desirable.
There is a walking path (for guests) through garden.
Tepid water in the evening
Water is drinkable but tastes brackish
The plus points
Air conditioning set low. Up to 16°c.
2 tv Netflix , Nespresso cubs coffee machine.
Breakfast is reasonable but if you like Greek yogurt and fresh fruit very tasty.
Mountain upward walk to piskopiano with encolor restaurants and a supermarket. Downhill literally and figuratively one level below is Hersonissos. With a lot of noise mass tourism and youth. Amusing.
Outside the resort you will find a lot of stray cats (not inside the resort) these cats are largely poisoned after the tourist season. So spoil them a little longer. (Or take one to your home .
Parking is possible in front of the resort limited number of parking spaces. At the moment, construction is taking place across the streets, the inconvenience is not so bad. Toilet trash can filled with your toilet paper is changed daily. The pool sheets are not changed. Shampoo /soap /conditioner /body lotion present but not replenished

Room for improvement

Beautiful property with stunning view and friendly staff. The breakfast is nice. Unfortunately, there's a lot room for improvement. Hotel rooms are rented as junior suites, which they aren't; there wasn't a sofa or lounge chair, only a single table chair. We had to ask for many things that should have been available; an iron, a coffee machine (coffee was available however), a beer opener. Some things never arrived after asking. Room service delivered prosecco (9 euro per glass) from a bottle that must have been open for quite a while. The private swimming pool was to dirty to enter the first days, before the water got finally filtered. The bathroom didn't have simple facilities like something to hang towels on and even a toilet paper mount was lacking. At one point all our towels were taken but not replaced with new ones. A bit more eyes on the details could make this place a wonderful holiday accomodation.
