Great Hotel and View
We had a sea view room which gave an amazing view of both the sea and mountains.
We stayed on a room only basis, so cannot comment on the breakfasts. We did not encounter many staff while staying but anyone We did speak to were friendly and polite.
Location is on the edge of town, but only around 1-2 minute walk before your back into the central part of town.

Did not live up to the 3 stars
The room was a single room with single bed and not with bath as paid for.
It was really in very poor condition..I complained to the guide of the travel agency and after 2 nights I got the room next to which was in a little better condition..
The excuse from the hotel side was that there were no more rooms available, although I only saw 3 other families throughout the hotel (the one pair that came from the same plane as I left after one night )
The breakfast was boring, the coffee was not especially hot and there were no possibilities to lie in the garden as solar trucks were taken in for the season..The area of Loutraki is very worn and very desert., there was however a nice beach promenade close to the hotel and the view from the room which I chose to give 10 euros extra for per night was worth the money..
Do not intend to visit the area again...

- location is across from the Loutraki Spa (this is why we selected this hotel) and it’s on a small area of beach
- inexpensive
-parking on street was free and mostly available

-service at check-in vanished after we checked in on Saturday afternoon. We never saw anyone at check-in for the rest of the stay (2 days)

My last stop in Greece couldn’t have been better—this hotel was truly fantastic. Everything about it, from the facilities to the overall comfort, was top-notch, and I had zero complaints when it came to the amenities.
The view was breathtaking, and I loved being able to wake up and wind down every day with the sight of the sea. It made my mornings and evenings incredibly peaceful. On top of that, the staff was exceptionally kind, and I’m really grateful that they gave me such a great room. Their hospitality made my stay even more special.
The only minor downside was that a football team was staying at the hotel during my visit, and they were a bit noisy in the mornings and evenings. But aside from that, everything was perfect, and I would absolutely stay here again!
