The hotel is excellent, clean and modern.

There are 2 hotels with that name in Lutraki. Both the same chains and the same price. They're on the same street. One 3 stars, and added to the title is the sea side, I suspect negative reviews of it. The second one is simply called Mantas and closer to the city, with no sea view.
Hotel 3 z, really old but clean. The bed is small, the room is small, the blanket is holed. Only the sea view is chic and the beach is 10 meters away.
I slept there for one night and then I changed it to four sounds for the same price. I don't have a problem walking four or five minutes from the sea.
Second hotel only after renovation. Corresponding to 4 zv, which is rare in Greece, because even many 5 zv. hotels are very old and bad.
It's clean and beautiful.
The room is large 18-20 sqm.
Lived on the 5th floor, audible, but not in the way. Soundproofing is medium.
There's no view, but it's very comfortable to rest because everything is modern. Breakfast's weak, but there's plenty of cafes around.
For 50 euros a night, it's gorgeous.
I recommend the hotel.

Deplorable welcome

A disastrous, aggressive, and unprofessional welcome. A hotel that claims to accommodate groups but cannot support them (even though the group is objectively well-behaved). Many broken and unrepaired extra beds, 3 defective keys replaced very reluctantly. In short, an experience not to be repeated!

Antique guesthouse

We were deceived by its exterior appearance. The inside is a truly old hotel. You can't even get in the elevator with two people. The rooms are all inside each other. All the noises can be heard. You can't even go to the toilet comfortably, it's awful.

As soon as you enter, they ask for the payment.. (to avoid leaving) .. the rooms are messy .. there was a cockroach in the bathroom ..

My parents stayed at this hotel, I just went to visit and from what I saw I didn't like it at all. It's half restored. The rooms are renovated but the entrance and so on of the old hotel and makes a ridiculous contrast. On the way in there is a strange smell and in the elevator smells of recess. The very bad food, in 10 days they had no fish on the menu, for dinner they take away coffee and very regular room cleaning. In general place to avoid
