Just super
Great hotel, very good food with a large selection, nice, somewhat small but very clean rooms with a capsule machine; capsules were always restocked. Bathroom with rain shower, hand shower, and massage shower. I would especially like to highlight the staff; everyone is very friendly, without being over the top. Especially Maria and Tonny from the bar. The restaurant manager and the guest relations manager are also very friendly and helpful. When I said that the beer at the pool bar was too warm, a new cooler was there very quickly. That is real service!

Relaxing stay
As a couple, you can have a wonderful vacation here; the food is delicious, and the service is always pleasant and extremely accommodating. The rooms and pool areas are very clean. The tour guide, who presented several excursions, was easy to reach. Looking back, we can also rate a massage in the wellness area as consistently very positive.
In summary, we recommend Crete and the Sentido Kyknos Beach Hotel as a pleasant, beautiful

Body Massage with Sofia
I had a wonderful and incredibly relaxing experience with the body scrub and body massage. The treatment was professional, soothing, and perfect for simply switching off and being pampered. Afterwards, my skin felt wonderfully soft and well cared for. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back.
We also had a wonderful stay at this hotel resort and were completely satisfied. The room was beautiful, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was friendly and attentive. We were particularly impressed with the food as well everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care and attention to detail.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we would be very happy to recommend.
